Lobby area very small. Lack of computers to access the web in the lobby (only 1 available). Place to eat breakfast is way too small, we had to eat outside with our 8 year old daughter. Train track nearby is noisy. The shuttle bus service is good but it will be nice to have a bigger one, we had to wait for 2 buses at JFK station under rain to finally be able to get onboard.

Their staff is wonderful. We arrived a couple hours before our check in time and they were very accommodating. They knew we were from out of town and explain how to get around Boston, when the shuttle leaves, they provided us with a map that became our life line. They were great!

The only thing we did not like was the relationship price/location. However, the balance is possitive. JR

I come in your hotel twice in 8 days = it was chosen for the price! now I think for my second stay - oldow the hotel is god and the services - but there is nothing around - especially for my second stay the 20/10 willing to rest one day before the flit home I'd best chosen an hotel even more expensiv but in an area close to center of boston or brookline or allston for exemple - if I come to the states in futur I have learn - I now there is a shuttle wo helps but better wen you can be in the street in town by yourself wen you chose

The room and hotel was clean but the staff never give a smile and make us look like if we disturb them. Hard to get informations when asking at the front desk.

Upon check-in the staff could not find our reservation. Eventually they found it, but we got a room with one double bed rather than two. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy and kept us awake during the night. Also our room was right next to the elevator, so we had that noise. Breakfast was ok, but crowded. The fact that the entire hotel is non smoking was a plus. Needing to take a shuttle to the T stop was a drag. Not much of interest in the area. Located on a strip.

This hotel is great for anyone that wants to party in Boston, and needs a place to crash. There is a 24 hr. shuttle bus that takes you right to JFK T-stop on redline. Bus runs every half hour....so convenient! Really great price (only 120 bucks)so it's so worth it for a night out in Boston

For Boston, this place can't be beat in terms of cost-less than $100 per night. The location isn't great for a first time visitor to Boston as it's fairly south of the city proper, but the hotel does have a shuttle that runs each half hour to downtown Boston and the train station. With a car, I was in downtown in 10 minutes. If you want to be able to walk out of your hotel and be in the heart of the action, don't stay here. But if want to save money and then use it for restaurants, etc. in Boston, this is a good bet. Clean, safe, with plenty of free parking.

It was my first stay at Comfort Inn. What I found weird was that, despite paying with cash at check-out, they kept on hold my credit card for more than one week, twice(!) the price of my 5 nights accommodation... Front desk staff were ok, with a special favorable remark for the ladies.

The reservation I made with Venere.com never made it to the hotel reservation desk. When I showed up with the Venere.com confirmation number the hotel told me it meant nothing to them. Luckily the hotel had a room available and were able to accommodate us for two nights at the same price Venere.com quoted us.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn. I loved that the hotel has a shuttle to airport & to the closest "T."(Boston subway). It was prompt & convenient. The neighborhood wasn't great(a little bit of a depressed area). One of the two hotel elevators was out of order all wknd. We didn't get the refrigerator we asked for. The hotel restaurant (next to the Ramada Inn) was excellent! We were in Boston for vacation.

This was the first time we stayed in Comfort Inn. We did not have a car, so it was not very convenient. The shuttles did not arrive on time and getting cabs was not easy. It took over an hour for a cab to arrive. The front desk was not very friendly either. The rooms were clean. It is a decent place for a no nonsense place to stay overnight.
