V.clean. Convenient location. Helpful staff. Excellent facilities in rooms e.g. microwave, fridge etc. V.suitable for a weekend of shopping/museums. Room for 3 adults was perfectly adequate. We were impressed with lockers on landing with extra blankets and pillows, also with availability of chilled water. Facilities in rooms also good for business travellers/scholars visiting British Library etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This is without any doubt the best hotel we have stayed at in London. Mind you, we have paid less, but when it comes to good value for money this is great, and we will probably return to this hotel the next time around. The room was equipped with microwave oven, kettle (with tea and coffee), fridge (empty) and spacious enough to easily take three people. The idea of having chilled and filtered water in the hotel corridor and providing empty bottles to fill is terrific, especially when setting out to explore London in 28 centrigrades! The surroundings are very good, with less than 100 meters to St Pauls Cathedral and Millenium Bridge, and if you get a room out the back (and not facing the street) there is no noice from the traffic. Several good restaurants within minutes, and at least three small shops for buying fodd & drinks. Connected to the hotel is the good value restaurant Côte Brasserie were we had a very nice three course dinner for only £10,95. Don't miss that one!

Good spacious rooms and very clean, a bit noisy but anyway , you don´t sleep much when you go to visit London. Close to tube, bus stops and lots of places to have breakfast, dinner and doing shopping in the magnificient The New Change. internet, coffe-tea, water free in common areas, books and t.v. Great Iwill come back!!!!

Good Hotel, Good Location, Good Facilities for an inner city hotel. My only grumble is the sound proofing in the bedrooms. Our room at the front of the hotel overlooked the busy street. The double-glazed windows are poorly fitted and don't cut out as much noise as they should.

It was a great experience. We stayed in a room that proved much larger and more spatious than we expected. The staff were friendly and helpful (e.g. we had a problem with the shower hose and they repaired it almost intstantly). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope that it will keep the high quality for a long time.

This hotel was a "real find" for my wife & I on a brief visit to London. It is ideally located within sight of St. Paul's and the room was well equipped with a kitchenette, sitting area and more space than we expected. Very good value for money for a London hotel.

Very nice welcome, staff very helpful. A great pity though that the windows cannot be opened..no fresh air. Airco noisy. Fold-out sofabed ok but stuffy, which caused some problems due to astma. Duet would be nicer if it has one side that is cotton.. less slippery and more comfortable.

This is really a business hotel (as it would be in this part of the city), so not a venue for a romantic getaway, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is great: just a very few minutes walk from the St. Paul's tube station (though you will have the bells of St. Paul's through the night, just be advised). Plenty of cafés nearby for breakfast. Nice facility for obtaining cold, filtered drinking water on every floor (complete with sealed plastic bottles for your use in or out of the hotel). Our first room was a little claustrophobic and located in the bowels of the building, but one phone call sorted us out and we were moved to a much nicer, larger, and airier room on a higher floor. The staff were very good about it.

Very clean and spacious (double room), everything are great, but only one thing that spoilt my stay is the soundproofing in the room, can hear next door TV, etc., there was a party too in the restaurant which based at across the street but can still hear their live music (my room was in 7/F, which is the top floor of the hotel). had to use another pillow to cover my ears to sleep.

Fairly average hotel but the location was out of this world - everything we wanted on our doorstep. Main gripe was that the curtains in each of our rooms did not close properly so in the middle of the night it appeared we were under floodlights, why don't they invest in proper blackout curtains/blinds? The hotel would have got a much higher rating if they had done this.

The place is clean. It isn't the Oberoi, but a cheap decent stay close to St. Paul Cathedral. A positive aspect was that the on/off bus stops just outside the door of the hotel. We would come back here.

The Hotel has a good locality. It´s next to the st.pauls cathedrale and the tube station st.pauls (central line). near the hotel is a shopping mall, really nice. But it´s also noisy. We had a room on the streetside and the ventilation was very loud (couldn´t shut it off). the room was nice, but hab its best time. The breakfast is to expensive, just cereals or toast with jam. So its better to go somewhere else. But there a many restaurants near the hotel. The staff was really friendly, but after the checkout we left our luggage there and when we got back, we had to get our luggage alone out of the storage. We felt like - after the checkout no services for us. All in all it was ok, because the location of the hotel was very good.

The rate for a weekend stay in January was excellent. We could see the steps of St. Paul's from our window and while things are pretty quiet on the weekends in this business district, it's within walking distance of lots of attractions and the area felt quite safe. The bathroom is decent, and the attached restaurant produced a tasty little steak for me after my delayed arrival, even though the kitchen had just closed. There's a fridge and microwave in the room, and there's a Mark's & Spencer Food next door plus a 24 hour convenience store across the street. I'd definitely stay here again for a weekend getaway.

The room was excellent, bathroom excellent, very clean. The location is perfect, right next to St. Paul's. The big drawback is the thin walls and even thin floors. No noise from the street but normal conversation is very noticeable from the room next door. There was construction on the floor below that was very loud, starting early on a Saturday. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. I would go back but bring earplugs.

We just stayed here one night. We had a quiet room in the back. It is a big hotel but good for a short stay in London, for a very reasanoble price. There are a few computers in the lobby available for internet. We didn't get the breakfast in the hotel, there is plenty of facilities in the street.

Excellent location, good clean rooms with all facilities, flat screen tv, tea and coffee etc. Only one thing for us that was slightly dissapointing was having a ground floor room next to a car park, which although was faifly quiet, we did have people walking past our window after parking cars. Overall we were delighted with the standard of the hotel and location, and would return on our next visit.

We only stayed for one night, but this hotel is in a superb location, both for sight-seeing and for public transport. The bedroom was a pleasant surprise and spacious. The bathroom was slightly disappointing, but was clean and adequate. The breakfast price is expensive, but cheaper alternatives can be found very close-by, even on Sundays. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Its location is very convenient and interesting - right next to St Pauls, in the heart of old legal and business London. The service was great - everyone was very helpful, and although we arrived an hour early, they let us check into the room with no comment. The room itself is very spacious, though the bathrooms are a bit on the small side. The common area behind reception is wonderful - and you can't beat the free internet access! Club quarters is a great deal no matter what price you pay. its hard to get an american style hotel room (in terms of size and ammentities)in london. 20 step walk to st pauls cathedral and very close to milenium bridge. tube is needed for london transportation no matter what, so it easy to get to other further sites by tube and many restaurants, coffee shops, and little supermarkets nearby. also, the free filtered bottled water saves a total of almost £5! great hotel in london!

Convenient location for visiting the main tourist attractions if you don't mind taking a short bus ride from the stops just outside. More than compensated for by proximity to St Paul's and relative quietness at the weekends. If you want to bring a car, park in the nearby Hillgate House NCP, just off Ludgate Hill. Charges in 2007 were £7 for Saturday and another £7 for Sunday - the usual London extortion but considerably cheaper than the West End.

We stayed at this hotel for a special occasion, we stayed in room 716 which had an absolutely stunning view of St Pauls Cathedral, well worth asking for this room. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room and it was quiet. Plenty of gratis iced water on each floor too! It also had very easy access to all London attractions. We didnt eat there we had breakfast out in town.Would definately stay there again and recommend, but go for room 716 - spoil yourself.

My wife and I travel to London at least one a year and have done so for going on 20 years. It is a great city. Club quarters is perhaps one of the best hotels for the price we have stayed at. Our room and bathroom was spacious enough for the two of us. The surrounding area is a business area and is very quiet at weekends. St Pauls Cathedral is less than a minute's walk away with the tube station only 5 mins away. Club quarters is now our hotel for future visits.

Very well placed, neat and quiet. Welcoming a little bit cold, but polite. What astonished me is that prices didn't correspond to what agreed via Internet, and I couldn't discuss about them, because they charged my credit card directly when I checked in. We arrived in the hotel around 22.50 on a Friday night after hiking in from LHR on the tube and then walking from St Paul's station. It was a major disappointment to be told that the bar was just closing and that we would not be able to enjoy a night-cap. And no mini-bar in the room! Otherwise our experience was positive. Reception staff were polite and helpful and welcoming, and we particularly liked the "club" area on the ground floor, especially as we had a few minutes to spare between checking out and returning to Heathrow..

Perfect location, hassle-free stay, PCs available with free internet access, breakfast a bit expensive. Hotel is very close to station with direct trains to Luton and Gatwick.

I made a reserve with a Visa electron card. But there I made the payment with another credit card becouse the Hotel did not accept the credit card which i made the reserve. Usually i i made a reserve with a credit card i pay with the same card, not using another credit card. This can be a bad problem for the tourist.

Both myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice, but a bit pricey.

Some of the staff were very helpful, some couldn't care less. However, the quality, price and location were excellent and we would recommend it to anyone.

Brilliant stay. Private, quiet rooms. Really good location near underground, busroutes, and just about within walking distance of Covent Garden. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was exactly what I needed - simple, sufficient, well located and affordable. The room was adequate, and I did not have any problems with noise from surrounding rooms. The hotel was within a 3 minute walk of the London Underground and there was also a small grocery store located just around the corner (when leaving the hotel, walk out the door to your left about 50 yards). Additionally, the room had a refrigerator which was very convenient especially considering the close proximity of a grocery store. I was pleased and intend on staying here again in the future.

Prices quoted are not inclusive VAT (and not with breakfast, which is more obvious). But the location is perfect and the price-quality relationship is excellent, even when you include VAT.

Very enjoyable stay, not to be picky but the room was very noisy, it felt like we were in the boiler room. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay and ideal location for the function

I think it was excellent. The last night we had a noisy neighbor but he quieted down later in the night. I can't blame the hotel for that. My stay was again perfect and next time I stop by London I will definitely book at the same place.

Great location and comfortable rooms made our stay great. We could see St Pauls out of the window and were a short walk from the Tate modern. The only down side was being able to hear next door cheer when Arsenal scored on match of the day but this maybe because I had nothing to cheer about with leeds being beaten onec again this season.
