We had booked a "small" room and it was a great surprise to see how spacious was the room, which included a small kitchenette. It was like a studio! Good heating in the room (but could have some in the bathroom) as it was pretty cold outside. Cosy feeling, good decoration, calm though located in the heart of London. We will come back!

Arrived during the Queens 60th. Cab couldn't get to the entrance. Walked 100meters in the rain. The Bellman was too busy on his phone to help us up the steps so I struggled with our luggage, and hurt my back. The bar/restaurant was so dirty we could not stay. And when we returned from dinner the Bar was closed. Would not think of staying here again.

We were celebrating a special occasion so opted for a night in London with meal, theatre visit and a visit to the Royal Academy. The room was very quiet but there were just 2 of each tea bag and coffee, toiletries were only enough for 1 person and 1 shower and were very basic and I would have liked to have had a breakfast included in the price of nearly £200 a night .

A nice place, which we have visited several times now. Very good location, efficient staff. Does not feel like a hotel, more like some private appartment building. Rooms not too big, but who wants to stay at the room, when you are at the heart of London..?

We stayed at this hotel for one night to attend the Coliseum Theatre which is only a 5 minute walk away. Very impressed by the speedy and friendly check-in. We had a room on the 8th floor so very quite. Adequate sized room, comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Breakfast is extra at £12.50 each but as it was Sunday we woke up to late to try it. They stop at 10.30am on a Sunday but there are plenty places just outside to have breakfast. We will certainly return to this hotel it needing to be in this part of London again.

Excellent overall for the room incide (one room suite, 8th flour). We could look at half of Trafalgar square. If southern side, you will be able to see Big Ben, Westminster, etc. The room may be able to be connected with the next slightly smaller room if close the another outside door. Security box is located at reception.

The hotel location is fantastic, just at the corner of Trafalgar square. Free Wi-Fi works in the room, with rare interruptions. Hotel room is small, with strong cigarettes aftersmell. No mini-bar in the room, unpleasant surprise was that toothbrash is not free of charge (2 pounds!). The breakfast is very modest, continental, with very limited choice, and high price (12 pounds). In the pub in 20 meters from the hotel you can buy two big british breakfasts at the same price. Overall, if you come to see London, and do not plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel, this is a good place to stay.

Club Quarters Trafalgar Square is in an excellent spot - close to the square, a large Boots, Tesco, buses & trains, tourist visitor centre and not too far to walk to Regent & Oxford Streets. Although the check-in/out service is efficient, it's somewhat impersonal. Staff are able to assist to tourist questions at any given time. My room (4th floor) was quite small, without any place for my suitcase except the floor, nor a mini-fridge for milk (tea/coffee facilities provided); being Winter the window sill outside worked just fine.

Good hotel, but the receptionist are not so so helpfull (hopefully they have some machines to do the check-in/out) and at the same time the rooms are so noisy (not for the street, but the walls and the floor are so...thin...). The place is perfect to visit, this is really what you pay!!! I went to London to pass a romantic-party weekend in couple and we came back home soooooooo happy!!! London is great! We'll go back for sure (But maybe we'll try another hotel...)

We stayed three days in early September and the location was excellent. Around the corner from the National Gallery and walking distance to Westminster Abbey, The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. Easy walking distance to Thames River Cruises and Charing Cross Station was 5 minutes away for easy departure to Dover to take a cruise. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Stayed in a small suite, sofa bed for third person was not very comfortable but room was very clean and well maintained. Microwave and mini-refrigerator came in handy as we found Marks and Spencer To Go at Charing Cross Station a real find. When we were too tired from a day of sightseeing and didn't want to go out for dinner we picked up ready to go meals. Will definetly use this hotel again.

we lived from 1985 till 1989 in Chelsea and returned for a nostalgic see again of London. We came with Eurostar We took Club Quarters because of the 'super comments' of our eldest son and his family with regard to their stay in the hotel a month earlier. What we missed above all at the hotel was a lounge. The room was good a bit noisy - bed excellent - but there was some drain smell and no service at all on sunday. We did not know that the room price on saturday is the double of a weekday. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was good and the morning buffet excellent

Booked a suite as the description on Venere said that it had "seperate sleeping facilities" and I was travelling with my daughter. the location is the BEST! Just half of the minute from Trafalgar Square. 3 min to Embarkment station. 2 min to the steet with a lot of caffes (to have coffee in the morning). The room is quite big and cleen. cleaning was everyday. towels were changed every day. bedsheets were changed 1 time in 2 days. There were small refrigerator, microwave and kettle in the room. The TV was good and also for extra charge you can use TV to surf in the Internet (with keyboard). WI-fi conection is good and free. The only one problem that I had with the hotel is that they freezed double cost of the stay on my card, and if I had not had extra money it would have became a problem for me. I will recomend this hotel to my friends. The price matches the quality.

For the price, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in London. The location is incredibly central, the room quality top rate, and the service excellent. I would have no hesitation whatsoever staying here again. We had a twin room, initially made up as a double, but that was promptly and professionally corrected. Free water is provided, and there is free internet access via the widescreen flat TV. The room was large, with elegant mouldings, and though it looked over the street, it was quiet. I later stayed in a hotel only a bit cheaper, but considerably lower in quality. The only complaint is that the shower head does not detach.

Albergo buono, in posizione ideale: è possibile visitare a piedi la gran parte dei monumenti di Londra, mentre per i restanti bus e metropolitana sono a pochi metri. We stayed 6 nights at Club Quarters Trafalgar Square. Great location. Easy walking to Embankment tube station, which is on a line that's easy to get to anywhere in London from. Very clean. Very quiet. Staff very helpful. We waited too long to book a shuttle to Heathrow. The staff was very helpful in giving us specific directions on how to take the tube with the easiest transfer with luggage. (Much less expensive than a taxi. Would do it again!) There is a Tesco express (mini-market) 1/2 block away at Trafalgar Square with breakfast food, snacks, drinks... very convenient. Also, very good restaurants nearby, and of course, easy walking to theatres in the area. We loved the location and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in this very well located hotel for central London sights for 3 nights. The location was fabulous, the hotel had a nice utilitarian but comfy sitting room with coffee and tea available all day. Yes free do it yourself laundry (except for cost of soap). Half a block from Covent Garden and Charing Cross tube stations. Fresh towels were available if wanted daily, but sheets were never changed. The room was a little funky as the shower was a modular unit installed into the room, but nonetheless was fine. Very good value for price and location. Within walking distance of lots of places.

We really loved the location, the building and our room. It was much nicer than we expected. The decor was very professional and high quality. We really enjoyed being able to wash our clothes and the free internet access in our room. Because we were at the end of the hall we had a small room but it was also very quiet. I met another guest who complained about the noise as she was near the elevator. If we had any complaints it would be that the elevator key worked less than 15% of the time, that we were required to use specific elevators even though the others were closer to our room and that the room was cold. (They had not switched the system to a winter setting yet.) But to compensate they gave us a bottle of wine and portable heater. We would stay there again. We thought overall the value was very good and Trafalgar Square and Leichter (sp?) always had something exciting going on.

Great for young friends to hit the bars and clubs of soho and walk back to hotel in safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again! Only downside was no continental breakfast and lobby area without bar or restaraunt..but so many places nearby. It is a real shame that there is no bar or restaurant and while I knew this before I booked, it would have been nice to have a few drinks in the evening before heading out The location is excellent - could not fault it, right on Trafalgar Square and close to all transport etc The rooms are quite small but they are nicely decorated and very modern and clean I would definitely return for a short stay as I felt it was a good hotel in very central London at a good price

For french people, London is very expensive, and this hotel too. But the quality of the prestations is very good, the hotel is almost completely new (inside) and very clean. Unfortunatly, during our stay, the breakfast was served in a small room, and, saddly, very poor in choice for food: no eggs, no warm food... you should try other pastries in the area (there are some only 100m axay from the hiotel). So: good adress to sleep, but avoid the breakfast !

We stayed at the Club Quarters Trafalgar Square over Easter and was very pleased with our stay. The suite we had was spacious with lots of thoughtful touches. The double our kids stayed in was spacious. Breakfast crew were great and even got us a high chair for our infant even though they did not have one on site. Fabulous location in Trafalgar Square; 50 yards to a 24 hour Tesco Express, close to Embankment or Charing Cross Tube stop. Only minor complaint would be that they pushchair/wheelchair lift from street level to lobbly level was quite finicky and only worked part of the time so we had to bump a pushchair up/down 7 or 8 steps each time. Highly recommended hotel for family, couples and business travellers.
