This hotel is "fancy" without being pretentious. We were greeted warmly by the front desk upon our arrival. And staff assisted us with the automated check in. The room itself was small but cozy. It was laid out efficiently and just right. It would be perfect for a business traveler. How much time does a person spend in their room anyway? The best part is the location. You are within walking distance of popular Boston sites and subway stations. Plus there is a great tavern and restaurant - The Elephant & Castle right next door.

Excellent location and service. Bottles of purified cold water for free! Reception very small and reduced to essential, but very efficient with automatic checkin. Possibility to have late checkout paying a reasonable fee. Fitness space available. Highly recommended.
