Very well located, near from Champs Elyseos, 5 min walking. Ideal to spend some days visiting Paris, you can access quickly to the main interesting places by walk or you have a metro station 10 min walking. Very good relation quality/price

The staff was nice and welcoming; room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious! No cable TV channels in English to speak of except for BBCAmerica and it got pretty old watching it loop the same news stories over and over. I found it strange there was no clock radio in the room.... Some of the housekeeping staff yelled and banged over the noise of the vacuum cleaner and were quite loud when cleaning the rooms on my hall around 730-8am (not so fun to wake up to). Overall, however, staff was eager to help if you asked.

**** Hotel? Questionable! The "reception" on arrival was poor, yet later in the day with a different receptionist it was excellent. We had a "room with a view" on the 7th Floor, although very small and in need of some maintenance. Warning - if you are more than 75 kilos don't try to squeeze into the bath! I would stay again at the this hotel, not because of the hotel itself but because it's location is practical and price, considering the location is OK.

The Hotel Saint-Honoré was a great deal. It is located at a strolling distance from the Arc du Triomphe, the surroundings are charming, although essentially residential. The rooms spaces are wonderful and very comfort. Next time I go to Paris I will probably stay there.

Overall a very clean hotel, needs some refurbishment. Breakfast a bit expensive & should be included with the price. Staff welcoming, speak very good English. Excellent location ( few metres away from Arc de Triomphe).

Si trova in una buona posizione ma non è centralissimo.Abbiamo preso una camera familiare ma alla fine era una stanza con 3 letti e una comunicante con un letto. In generale ci siamo trovate molto bene!

Excellent hotel and right in the centre of Paris. Beware of a service tax which they add onto the bill and which was not included in the original price given. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and I would definitley stay there again in the future.

Although it seems that this hotel has not been refurbished/redecorated since some years ago (especially bathroom), it was comfortable. My room was quite spacious.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to metro and adjacent almost to the Champs Elysees. However the beds are so hard that it is like sleeping on the floor, in fact the floor might have been more comfortable. Also the walls appear paper thin so that is also a problem.Breakfast was not included and at 20 euro I gave it a miss. The beds seriously need to be changed otherwise very clean and excellent location and for Paris the rooms are very well sized.

Both receptionists were miserable and unhelpful. Car parking was limited to 6 cars and had to be pre-booked, which was not known beforehand. This is important because the road is a "tow away" zone even on Saturdays. The double bed was not really a double.

We found the hotel a real treat. It was my first time to Paris and my wife's third, so she was the real evaluator on the value and was very pleased with the facilities. I found the hotel pleasant, quiet, and very well situated. The staff were professional, courteous, and very helpful. We would stay here again in the future.

Breakfast should be bundled with the room rate, as we are expecting it bundled. And there are no notice that was not include. While most of the hotel in Europe are included with breakfast. Hence, I am spending quite expensive breakfast upon check out, which make me surprise.

We Originaly booked one double room and we were given a reference number. We then requested a second room of the same size and close to each other again we were given a reference number. When we arrived at the hotel they only had 1 room booking for us. We were then told we could stay at the Freiland (sister hotel) we walk over to the hotel and we were met with a awfull smell, the rooms were large but very dark. We then went down to reception and requested that we were placed in our original Hotel, to this we were accomodated. The rooms were very small and the beds were slightly bigger that a single and 2 people were expected to sleep in them. Not impressed with either hotel will not go back nor recommend

Breakfast seems with a price of 20$/person a little bit to high; the rest was very fine and the relationship between costs and quality was very good

We booked a standard double room. But when we came to the hotel, they didn't have any standard rooms available, so they offered us a superior room for the same price. However, on our bill we received when checking out, we were anyhow charged for the superior room! When we informed the person in the reception (Pascal) about the mistake he told us that he couldn't do anything about it and that we would have to talk directly to the person that made the bill (who of course was not there that day). For being a 4-star hotel this was really incredible - not be able to arrange a mistake commited by a colleague of his! When we went back to the hotel in the evening to pick up our luggage before our flight back, we talked to another person, who finally paid back the extra charge for the superior room that we didn't even had requested. Moreover, on the venere website it was indicated that breakfast was included. However, when coming to the hotel we were told that the we would have to pay 20 Euros extra pp/day for breakfast. Before coming to the hotel, I sent two e-mails to venere/the hotel asking about breakfast, but noone responded my questions. Further, after the cleaners had made the room our mobile SIM-card was lost! For a 4-star hotel the service was very bad and this is definitely not a hotel I'll recommend or will stay in in the future.

The most outstanding part of the stay were the staff in the breakfast restaurant. They were polite, attentaive and had smiles on their faces everyday. They made the difference - they should get paid more for what they do!!!!!

Well located, with a nice quality vs price ratio (with Internet Venere's good offer). Not so appealing externally and with a small lobby, the room and the building interiors look antique and well maintained, but somehow old-fashioned. Positive experience, but not delightful.

Overall very comfortable. Location was very good. I received bad instructions from one employee, to the Palace of Versailles, of all places. That was the only negative moment. I would stay there again, and found your service fine. Thank you.
