Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista, A Rosen Property - Lake Buena Vista, Orlando

This is my second stay at this hotel. Excellent location for shopping and dining. Very close to downtown disney and if you do not want to drive there also shuttle that takes you to the different disney parks. Staff is ok. Could be better.

The room was huge, it had microwave, a little refrigerator, coffe maker, excelent to survive comfortable. Next to the hotel there is a lot of restaurants (Pizza, Hooters, and others). A good place to stay

Good Hotel with a very good rate quality / price. Only negative point is the location ...very close to an highway an so not so quite during the night. Anyway raccomended

Very good quality/price ratio. Good location, shuttles provided to the main attractions. But be aware of the "taxis" in front of the hotel: they are more expensive than the regular yellow taxis. Clean rooms, enough space, we stayed 8 nights and it was all fine.

Hi, the price for the breakfirst not correct in my confirmation 5.95$ in the hotel 8.95$ 2. the desk for buying ticket for attraction are not correct at all they are time sharing desk , it's not written and they are not polite at all , very aggressive , they said they are working for the sheraton company and they give us a very bad idea and publicity of this company , they push you to buy condo and room ,i really not appreciate this manner......, if you didn't know that better to check.

Good cost benefit. For the price it is ok, but do expect a dark room, a very poor breakfast ( concerning the quality of the cold food - no hot dishes of course). The best part of this hotel is the free transportation to the parks. Hotel itself is away from everything.

For european people could be important to know an 11% tax to pay more. So the real price (tax included)for each day is not 59.95 but 66,54. Anyway the relationship between location/services/price to enjoy Disney Parks, Universal Parks, Sea World, etc. etc. is good.

The staffs need alot of training especially the room attendance,Lite Bite staffs & the restaurant staffs. They are not friendly, they do not have a smiling face, not helpful and they think that you are begging them for service. As a manager in a hotel in Antigua I was expecting far better service than what I received. The room attendance to announce themselves when their come to service the room, they do not make the beds properly, they do not wipe of the dust of the coffee maker, the night table, the telephone etc. they don't even want to vacuum the room. The hotel grounds are lovely I must say and the hotel itself. I recommend a little training at least once a year to improve on the service.....good customer service can take you a long way.
