Rooms smell of smoke/not very clean, very old furniture was from a thrift store? I paid too much and didn't receive any compensation. The patio door could not open, the bedroom window opened but no screen? Very unsafe. The building was an old apartment, 2 elevators only 24 floors, took 15 mins to go up or down, everytime. I was not satisfied at all, with the stay. Was over charged for a take out breakfast that cost $12.00 for 1 banana/a apple and 2 croisants and 1 chocolate croisant, 3 butter. I was told breakfast would be $10.00 buffet from your venere package and would be extra. That was not even offered there. I would never go back I have been all over the world and stayed in four star or better. I would rate this old apartment, star 1-2 for location/the staff seems overworked as well. the lobby had only 2 staff to help with reservations to check in and out. took 2 hours to check in and 20 minutes to check out? What a wait of time!!!Unhappy costumer....Toronto, Ontario
