Clarion Collection Hotel Griso Lecco - Malgrate

If you have a car, as we did, and don't mind driving the extremely narrow roads around Lake Como, we highly recommend this hotel.

the best hotel around lake Como...Good localisation if you rent a car. Very quiet and fantastik view from the balcony.

Excellent stay with very nice accomodations (but not "luxury"); Room very spacious and nicely appointed. Very good Breakfast and easy free Wi-Fi connection with ample parking (included in price). Quiet location immediately across the lake from Lecco with a FABULOUS(!!) view. 15 min stroll across the bridge into Lecco with many nice shops, outdoor cafes and of course Gelato galore...

Great view from each room, kind staff, perfect breakfast, quiet rooms. Best choise I've ever done.

Reception desk - not very friendly. In the bed - dark hair and yellow blanket. The desk clerk offer us another room (that room was the worst room in hotel - small room, directly by the access and by the elevator and smells like cigarettes). That was not very friendly from the desk clerk. We decline this room. She promise us, next day to change the blanket in our first room - but nothing was happening in the hole time of our stay. (One morning forgott the staff to give us new towels, but that was not so bad).
