We stayed 4 nights in one appartement for four. The bedroom is very good! The two beds are very large and comfortly! Our two children (17 and 20 years old) slept on the bed-couch. For them we asked for a second blanked and it was promptly delivered. The bathroom is modern, nice and offers also an hairdryer. We didn't tryed the pool, because it was little to cold outside, but it looked nice! We enjoyed our stay at Clarion Suite Lisboa!!!

This hotel is easy to find. The walk into downtown is a bit much, but doable. The rooms are very spacious.

Nice location not far from main start of hop-on, hop-off buses. We were given a free upgrade from studio to one-bedroom suite. Quiet pool in back of hotel which was great at end of day of visiting sites to unwind. Taxis to airport or downtown Lisboa were not expensive. Only regret - take GreyLines buses and not the company suggested at our hotel since they offer more frequent stops and pickups.

Poor soundproofing, poor room cleaning service. There was a horrible smell from the bathroom in our suite. Maintenance is strongly recommended. It is very noisy at night, you could hear both the neighbors and the outdoor noise. As our suite faced the street, there was practically no differenece whether the window was open or closed. Reception staff was neither welcoming nor effective. The suites are indeed spacious and with kitchen facilities which make up for the rest. The location is good. All in all, I would probably stay again.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were nice. Building work going on outside the window was a bit annoying. No bar or restaurant as such, but you can order a drink in the lobby, didn't eat there. Not enough loungers at the pool, but very clean pool & surround.

We stayed in a surprisingly large room, which even had a little kitchen! The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The staff was also very helpful, giving directions to tourist attractions, and calling a taxi when we left. The location is a little further away from the tourist attractions in a quiet neighbourhood. But everything was easily accessible using public transit, although we often walked to Rossio square as it was only a 20 minute walk. There is also a McDonalds just outside the hotel, which is great for free wi-fi, and delicious coffee! I would certainly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Lisbon, and I would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff. We were upgraded without even requesting it. The suite was excellent and beds very comfortable! Sound-proofing between room above was only slight issue as they have wooden floors but all in all very enjoyable. 15 mins walk gets you to the downtown area.

I went to Lisbon with my Family and stayed in this Hotel. The house staff was very good and the night reception guy was very helpful and pleasant. But didn't like the morning staff. To use their internet you have to pay 20 euros for a night, which I thought was way too much and breakfast was very expensive too.The main bed as comfy but other bed is only good for very young kid.Room were pretty clean but the landings and common areas are not a great deal. You have to ask for the iron all the time it's not in your room. But Lisbon was great and people in Lisbon are very helpful.

We stayed with our 2 teenagers. We had a great 9 days at the Clarion Suites. The location was great, safe even at night, close to the metro and within a nice walking distance to the city centre. The pool was great, nice place during the hotest part of the day. The room was serviced daily and that was fantastic. Unfortunately the matrass on the fold down couch bed was really bad. We could feel the springs in our back. There was also a musty smell in the bathroom. Keeping all the plugs in the holes helped. We were able to cook simple meals in the kitchen. And there was a little supermarket just across the mainstreet where we could by everything we needed. A electric jug would have been handy but we heated the water for tea and coffee in a saucepan. For the best coffee go to the local coffee places it's cheap and they have great coffee.
