the room (second floor withou elevator)and the bathroom where really dirty, the room smelled like cigarette, i asked a change and they told me that it was a no smoking room (as i booked) so it wasn't impossible.. well, i had to sleep with windows open, was impossible to breathe! vary bad organization with shuttle for the airport or indiaction how to get there, staff absent and careless, luggage are all put in one room without any control at all, 159€ per person per night it's really too much for me!!

Disadvantages : - The hotel is difficult to find. However, the Radisson hotel is visible from afar. -The room rates are not expensive -> 69 Euro. However, the parking rates are very expensive -> 15 Euro for only 5 hours - Breakfast only possible from 7 am-> breakfast not possible in case of early flight in the morning Advantages : Very good hotel location to take a plane early in the morning

We booked a double room but we got a room with double bed (not king size bed) and one set of towels. The bathroom was not very clean. The central heating did not work in the morning as I had to stay in the hotel the whole morning but then decided to go the airport to feel warm. Our room was on the second floor and we had to drag our luggage as the elevator only works by the hotel staff. However, when I checked out I asked for assistance from the hotel with the luggage, and they were helpful.

Clarion's chief advantage is its proximity to the airport. We selected it for this reason, as it was the start of our vacation and wanted a place to get some sleep soon after our arrival in country. Our flight arrived at 0500 and the check-in was efficient, helpful, and considerate. For a hotel that is somewhat isolated amongst other facilities in the airport, however, its amenities could be better. We found the restaurant to be overwhelmed in the evening, which required we go elsewhere for dinner. Also, I expect a business-oriented hotel to offer wifi not only in the lobby, but the rooms. Even a small charge would be ok -- but need that wifi. Also, again, for a hotel catering mosty to business travelers, a small gym would be very helpful.

we stayed here 1 night to get an early flight departure. The common areas and restaurant/bar were modern but the room we had neeeded updating. Rooms on lower levels made it feel like u were living in a bunker. Relatively cheap price and very basic room. Other residents showed no respect for those trying to sleep. The noise level from the corridor all through the night until around 4am. meant that our peaceful night's sleep did not happen.

I booked a room Reservation number: IHR5292766 Hotel: Clarion Hotel Dublin Airport and got confirmation from your booking system. When I contacted the hotel by phone they informed me they did not have a room available and actually had -8 rooms booked at that time, as my booking was done online on the 22/5/08 for 22/5/08 they did not accept the booking, refused to give me a room and gave me a list of other hotels in Dublin I could try. Your booking system should not confirm a booking if the hotel room is unavailable. I hope my credit card is not charged for this booking and will contact you if need be Regards Thomas Horkan
