Clarion Collection Hotel Mayfair - Copenhagen

The hotel had been fully booked with large groups and therefore the relative small breakfast rooms had been very noisy and crowed. As a single traveller one feels rather overwhelmed. The reception had been staffed only with 1 person during the whole 4 days I stayed in the hotel. The receptionist did his best but of course quite often the also relatively small entrance hall had been really crowed with people who waited for answers in long waiting lines. Being that much understaffed incoming and expected telephone-calls had not been answered or simply deleated! The food buffett had been good, the service there again due to understaffing tried also to do the best but ordered drinks had been forgotten to be served etc. A good idea (compared to other hotels) is the "light dinner" that will be served every evening. The hotel is located very central and with very good traffic connections. There is no safe in the room but one can leave the belongings at the reception. The hotel does have 2 internet stations, which had been busy most of the time. If you don`t expect the staffing and service level of a 4 star hotel the Clarion Collection Hotel Mayfair is a good place to stay.

Awfull! For the money spent the service was terrible. The hotel employees were rude, when I arrived in the late afternoon wanted to take a shower but there was no soap or shower gel. I asked to the reception and they wanted me to wait till the next day! After I insisted they gave me the soap. Rooms were very dusty and the cleaning was practically inexistent. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL!

First time. Evening buffet was a good ide, but nearly empty when we came.

I am not very happy with the service of the hotel, it was barely absent, there was no one in reception, I had to wait more then normal for the receptionist calling a cab. I had the impression they were acting as I was disturbing their quiet.

La recepción es agradable,desayuno excelente,pero la habitación tenía un mal olor al llegar, el cubrecama tenía mal olor, sin aire acondicionado, un día no hicieron lapieza y reclamé y no hicieron nada.Un matrimonio dejó el hotel por lo mismo.No lo recomiendo,fue el hotel mas caro y mas malo de todo mi viaje.

Good location close to the Central station in Copenagen, easy 8 minute walk to Stroget main shopping area. I had everything I needed in the room, it was quiet with a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was not included in the price but you could buy it for an extra DKK65. Good value for price and exactly what you need in a central location in Copenhagen.

This was an excellent hotel for the price paid. The room was clean, the hotel was convenient. lobby and public spaces were comfortable. The complimentary evening light buffet was quite a treat.

This is a good place to stay in Copenhagen. The rooms are well furnished, with heavy curtains that make it dark once closed. There was only a low level of noise, and that came from the room next door. The location is convenient for the train station, and in the middle of an area with many hotels. As far as Copenhagen goes, this hotel is reasonably priced.
