| Venere.com offers travel agencies the opportunity to book over 100,000 properties worldwide online through www.venere.com. This offer is made all the more unique by the sheer number of properties that can be booked online – the majority of which cannot be found via traditional GDS’s – made up of Hotels of all categories, B&B, Town House Suites, Farm Houses, Apartments, Guesthouses, Resorts, Serviced Apartments and Villas.
Upon registering to this completely free service, you will be provided with your own username and password to access the Travel Agency Interface (TAI). Here you will be able to make hotel reservations quickly and simply, as well as be able to read over 800,000 impartial reviews, written by guests who have already stayed at the hotel by booking through Venere.com. Furthermore, you will be kept up-to-date about all reservations and commissions by regular statements. |

| The TAI reserved area allows you to work in a variety of ways, so that you can choose the one that suits your travel agency best: |

1. Via Operator Your employees will be able to make reservations on behalf of your clients through the TAI reserved area. |

2. Direct Just insert a personalised link within your internet site. |
| 3. Combination Use both models to make reservations and earn money. |

| 1. Pay directly at the hotel Upon booking, insert your client's credit card details in order to guarantee the reservation. The client will then pay the hotel directly upon check-out. 2. Advanced payment at the travel agency Upon booking, insert your travel agency's credit card details, and pay the entire price of the reservation. The payment is debited on the travel agency's credit card upon the client's arrival (unless otherwise stated in the Hotel Policies page). |

All reservation cancellations made in compliance with the hotel's cancellation policy (see Hotel Policies page) will not incur penalties. |

| A minimum of 8% guaranteed on the total price of the reservation. From 3% to 10% over commission paid directly by the hotel (shown in the results of the search before making the reservation). Accessing the TAI reserved area, it will be possible to check the status of your reservations and commissions at any time. |

| Venere.com will collect all of your commissions for free. They will then be transfered to your bank account each month in one single payment.
Please note that Venere.com can also pay your commission with a check instead. |

| No activation cost and no monthly fees, the use of the interface is free of charge for travel agencies. |
