TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Thank you for choosing Venere Net. We provide our services to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which we may update periodically without notice.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Venere Net provides its registered users with the ability to book accommodations online. Unless otherwise stated, new features or enhancements shall be subject to these same TOS. The user agrees that the Venere service is provided "AS-IS" and that the company assumes no responsibility for the timeliness or accuracy of information provided by its property clients, nor is the company responsible for the deletion, loss or non-delivery of information. The property owner is solely responsible for responding to and/or fulfilling the booking request. Venere Net receives no funds from the registered user.

In order to use the Venere service, the user must have access to the World Wide Web, must pay any service fees associated with that access, and must provide all equipment necessary to establish that access.

3. USER REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In order to use the Venere Net service, the user agrees to: (1) provide accurate, complete information about himself as required on the registration form; and (2) promptly update the data in order to maintain its accuracy and completeness. If the user provides any information that is found to be inaccurate, Venere Net retains the right to suspend or terminate the user?s membership status and to refuse any and all current or future use of the Venere service.

4. VENERE NET PRIVACY POLICY
Personal registration data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. For more information, please refer to the "Privacy policy" section.

5. MEMBER ACCOUNT INTEGRITY
When establishing an account with Venere Net, users select a login name and password in order to access and to identify themselves within the Venere Net reservations system. The user is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the login name and password, and is solely responsible for all activities that occur under that password or account. The user agrees to immediately notify Venere Net of any unauthorized use of your password or account. Venere Net is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the user?s failure to comply with this Section.

6. TERMINATION
The user agrees that Venere Net, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account or use of the service for any reason. The company may, at any time, discontinue providing the service with or without notice. The user agrees that Venere Net shall not be liable for any termination of user access to the service.

7. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The user agrees that Venere Net makes no guarantee that its service will be error-free, secure, timely or without interruption. The company cannot guarantee that the information obtained from its service is error-free, accurate or reliable. The user further agrees that Venere Net is not responsible in any way for any damage done to your computer equipment or other loss of data resulting from use of the Venere service. The user understands and agrees that Venere Net shall not in any way be liable for any damage or loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from the use or inability to use the Venere service, nor for the cost of procurement of substitute accommodations resulting from any fault of the Venere reservation system, nor for unauthorized access of, alteration to, or misuse of your personal account information.
