Bad restaurant, high price - low quality

The room was a bit grubby but proved adequate for a two day business stoppover.Location not too far away from the centre of Vicenza (approx 10 minute walk).

Really good hotel, good room, very clean. 15 min by foot from the city centre, good for visit Vicenza. Parking 3 floors under groud in the same building of the hotel. Graceful american bar at the ground floor.

It was a good opportunity to sleep here at this price of last minute. All was fantastic.

Rooms very large and comfortable...well decorated. Friendly staff. Indoor parking well lit. Surrounding area was depressing.

I enjoyed comfortable 3 nights stay at de la Ville by Boscolo. Meals and service at the dining room are good Cleanliness of the room is fine. Hopefully, there should be a bath tab.

The place is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The attitude, however, is that the guests are on an expense account. Of the eight hotels we stayed in during our time in Italy, it was the only one that didn't provide a "Continental Breakfast" and it was the most expensive hotel. Internet access was prohibitively expensive. In the room, the only choice was 15 euro for 24 hours. Then there was wifi in the lobby costing 20 euro for 10 minutes. This is not a typo. However, if you stay there, down the street is a very nice restaurant, Tiffany's, open from 6am to 1 or 2 am with free internet access. We ate most of our meals there!

I was slightly disappointed with the advertised text 'located in the centre of Vicenza' We arrived at the station quite late and no tourist maps were available so we headed for the centre of town, upon arrival we were told that this hotel was 2 km outside the actual centre and no taxis anywhere to be seen!!! Having walked the long street, I have to say the hotel really is a gem for the price, clean, friendly and the resturant serves the most mouthwatering food and for a 4 star hotel it wasn't outrageously priced. I would definately stay there again even tho its a bit out of the way. We were here to attend the Verona Fare and this town provided good rail connections to there.

As good a hotel as I have experienced in Italy, uninspiring location but an easy 15 min walk to the town. We paid the extra as we needed a central location and the hotel was everything we needed. Staff were excellent including in the bar where refreshments were very reasonable prices for a place like this. My only niggle is that I hate paying for hotel parking.

Good hotel: clean and large rooms with all amenities. Location not as close to city center as was described. Staff was courteous and most helpful. Restaurant meals were good, but a little pricey. Underground parking was a plus even with a 7 Euros. Hotel should have been indicated more frequently in Vicenza to facilitate finding hotel when returning from outside Vincenza. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and large enough to be furnished with a sittinggroup vith 2 chairs and a small table. Professional and nice staff.

A comfortable business hotel, reasonably close to the city centre; the staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us as tourists.

Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli, ma ho avuto diversi problemi con il personale che sosteneva che la colazione non fosse compresa nel prezzo,per fortuna ho recuperato la prenotazione su cui era specificato il servizio colazione incluso ma comunque non mi hanno creduto e ogni volta ho dovuto rispiegare il tutto ogni volta che cambiava il personale!!!

This time I stayed in the hotel overnight. Really liked it from the last time. Will stay again. Good location for the fair and city centre. Recommended.

We had a lovely stay of 6 nights at the Boscolo De La Ville hotel in Vicenza. The hotel is new and very clean, with friendly staff and good facilities. The air conditioning worked well, which was good as it was very hot weather at the time.

Very nice stylish hotel close to the historic centre and exhibition centre. Really enjoyed my stay. Would stay there again.

It's a great hotel. but distance wise is about 15 mins walk to historical town. breakfast is a bit dissapointing, strange eggs.

The rooms, dining, and lobby area are beautiful. We had a little trouble with check in - we needed to cancel the last day of our 3 day stay and the girl at the front desk made us go down the street to an internet cafe to change it - the website would not let us make the change. The next day I talked to the Mgr. and she said NO PROBLEM and we should not have had to make the cancellation. She was very nice, and took care of right then - the rest of our stay was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant - excellent food - but the breakfasts in the morning were not as good - each day we had to ask for food and unfortunately both days the eggs were not eatible. Also the parking garage was leaking and smelled horribly of mold. I do not feel we should have had to pay $15 a day for parking in a very undesirable garage...otherwise, the hotel was first class.

Very welcoming restaurant and good food. Hotel provides a good base to tour the city - about 20 minutes walk (5 minutes by taxi) from the centre.

The hotel was located in beautiful Vicenza, Italy, known primarily for the architecture of Andrea Palladio. The hotel was large, well-kept, clean, and the staff was quite efficient. Breakfast was not included, but the buffet was large and included bacon and eggs, a rare treat in Italy.

Good, but too far from centrum, after 20 hr, no bus: taxi or by foot.

The quality of the restaurant(for evening meals) is poor in comparison with the price;the breakfeast was very good

A nice enough hotel, but located on a huge, busy main street a good distance from the old city, so not very convenient.

The location was good, easy walk to the touristic sites I came to see. The room was pleasant and reasonably priced. The only complaint I had was the breakfast facility, which offered poor quality. Everything was self-serve, but the juice came from machines and was tasteless and the coffee and milk came from another machine which was messy.

Modern hotel, well decorated and equipped rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Good location a couple of minutes walk from the S. W. corner of the old town.

Superb quality hotel, walking distance to Vicenza. First class attention to detail, excellent care from the staff. Can't wait to stay here again, and would certainly seek other Boscolo hotels.
