Easy walking access from Venice parking garage. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room on plaza was a bit noisey with window open, but OK with closed. You can walk anywhere in Venice so this was great location if driving in or train. Room was very comfortable for two and you would be fine with third if family child. Everything I expected from description.

Rooms can be very noisy when facing onto the Lista de Spagna. The hotel should invest in some facilities to get guests onto the street boardwalks when flooding takes water up to the front door. It is poor to expect clients to walk in a foot and a half of water from the main entrance.

Very spacious room but carpets had a couple of tears and the curtains did not close properly. The bathroom was not up to standard of 4* hotel and needed refurbishing. Bath had chipped enamel, tiles were cracked and general appearance was poor.

The hotel was fantastic, very near to the train station so easy with luggage. The staff was very attentive and kind. It was a bit noisy late at night but did not create problem for us. we loved every minute of it.

Hotel room was small and shower was poor. It was difficult to adjust the temperature to a desired temp (either scolding hot or cold) and the shower head leaked water. I would rate the hotel as a 2-3 star vs. 4 star.

Great hotel, located close to the main station, and with a water bus stop right outside.

The Hotel was excellent. The rooms were very nice. As we arrived (me, my wife and my parents) we´re informed that we would get an upgrade, so I just can say that the rooms we stayed were very nice, but had thin walls. Our rooms were side by side and we heard every noise made at each other’s rooms, like telephones ringing and the shower. Still, my father room was close to a church and was awakened with its bell every morning. We´re lucky we did not stayed close to the canal (our rooms were on the exact opposite side), because I suspect that all the noise from the street would not let us sleep. Nevertheless, the rooms were very good, clean and confortable, the breakfast was very good and the employees were very nice and spoke good English.

we just had a one night stay in Venice and the Bosco filled all of our requirements...near the train station and rooms spacious enough for the children. The only real fault with the hotel was that the common areas of the Hotel were quite dirty and a simple paint job could rectify this. It was quite off putting on arrival. The tiles in the bathroom were also quite tarnished. however failing the above the service was excellent. the staff aarranged for our luggage to be taken to the bus station and were most helpful with the children. we ate on arrival at a restaurant opposite the entrance to the hotel....grossly over priced and grotty on inspection. A five minute walk would have saved us €50.

Lovely hotel, really. Although near a bustling location it was a terrific choice. The waterbus stop, a bridge over the Grand Canal and the bus and train staions nearby made this a very functional place to be. Our room in the back could not have been quieter, cooler, well kept or more relaxing after long days of travel or sightseeing. Being within walking distance of the airport bus was a big plus for a very early morming flight out. Great staff and a wonderful breakfast. I didn't want to leave!

Hotel very clean and comfortable. Area around the hotel very busy, but that's to be expected when located near train and bus stations. Rooms in the hotel not affected by this as they were very quiet apart from the church bells next door every morning. Breakfast very disappointing and needs improvement. I thought it was expensive, but maybe not for Venice when comparisons made.

It is necessary for the hotel to provide more towels than those that were available. The fridge in the room was not switched on.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that the hotel was close to the train station. We did not have to drag our luggage all over Venice or put it on a water taxi. A real plus for us. It was a perfect location. A nice 40 min. walk to St. Mark's Square. Will recommend to others.

Excellent location. Central to main bus & train station. Easy reach of valporetta pontoon. I would be happy for my comments to be entered onto the web site if only my first name is used.

It was a nice hotel, but for the price we payed it wasn't that great. The room was really small (unlike in the pictures) and our window looked out into an alley which was very noisy. But the booking went without problems, and overall i was satisfied.

The staff, especially Chiara and Sandro, were wonderful. We felt like a valued guests. The surroundings are opulent and comfortable. When Chiara learned it was my birthday she arranged for a drink in the bar for us to celebrate.(We stayed as guests on 18 April but returned on 22 April because a piece of our digital camera was stolen in Florence and we returned to Venice to retake important photos.)We were truly made to feel appreciated. I will gladly stay with any of your hotels again and will tell my friends to do the same.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Although the hotel is classified 4 star its quite old and in need of refurbishment to keep its four star label. However its location is excellent right beside the train station and easy access to all the sights.
