About Hotel Aleph, Boscolo Hotels

exterior - entrance Hotel Aleph, A Boscolo Luxury Hotel exterior - entrance The Aleph, A Boscolo Luxury Hotel, is an excentric property created by gifted architect Adam D. Tihany, who becomes a modern-day Virgil as he leads you on an amazing journey filled with heavenly places and sinful delights in his very personal interpretation of Dante's Divine Comedy: the Aleph.

In this intriguing hotel near Via Veneto in the heart of Rome, the concepts of heaven and hell have been given an unexpected twist.

You will find true paradise in the luxurious spa below, and surrender to the tempting treats served above, where hell is represented by Sin restaurant and Angelo Bar.

Albergo molto bello e di classe. Camere spaziose e molto ben arredate. Servizio impeccabile, molto professionale. Ottimo soggiorno.

We got a upgraded room (but I think, they have no other commodations). It was a petty, that the roof garden was renovated. The wellness area should be restored, because it was not the quality of a 5 star hotel.

Some little things off in the room -- peeling paint near a ceiling, an area rotted with water. Very small, but don't let the rooms get run down for this price. Even by the standards of an expensive hotel in Rome, the cost of meals -- breakfast especially -- seemed ridiculous: 22E for breakfast? Maybe that's why the lobby area was **always** empty, to the point that it was a bit depressing, like a posh new club with hot music blaring that's completely empty. Btw, the music got a bit much: Eurotrend electro beats aren't exactly what one wants in the morning. Still, it's a beautiful hotel and I'm very glad we stayed there.

Horrible experience. It was our last night in Italy and we wished to psend our last night relaxing in a nice luxury hotel, drinking wine, unwinding while maybe watching a movie or jumping online to catch up with the world back home. We checked in and immediately found that our TV did not work, the internet access in the room did not work, and later when we decided to go to sleep, our air conditioning did not work. They twice sent maintenance personnel to our room to fix the various issues but never fixed any of them. Despite this total lack of working amenities, they only offered us a free breakfast as compensation. In the end we demanded a reduced rate and got only 25% off. We expected at least 50% considering we essentially were provided with nothing more than a bed and a shower. We could have gotten that at a youth hostel for 25 euro, instead we paid several hundred dollars to be treated like dirt.

most disappointed with the service provided. staff at the hotel are not very friendly and hospitable. one example was, we arrange for transport from the hotel to take us to the airport the next morning. no car arrive and the concierge arrange for us to take a taxi which we were fine with it and the money paid for the car goes to the taxi instead. when the taxi arrive, the concierge paid the driver in advance and without any pleasent greeting or smile, she just walked right pass us with no eye contact as if we didn't even exist. the bathrooms are badly design, not practical and user friendly. there isn't any room to put bath towels and your personal belongings! i will not stay there again. i travel alot and have stayed in many hotels but hardly encounter such bad manners.

The Aleph is a very Chic hotel! The rooms and art in it are wonderful, as is the spa! Though the people at the desk and concierge were excellent, the staff at the restaurant couldn't speak very good English and the Breakfast was over priced for what you got. Otherwise it is a great hotel

The hotel itself is fabulous though we did have a superior room. The first room we had the air conditioning didn't work properly but we moved rooms without any problem. The only thing I will say against the hotyel is that the mini bar prices were extortionate. For example a gin and tonic would have cost €15

Excellen Porter facilities, and car parking despite Rome being very restrictive. Helpfull Guide to all city sites, and great for restaurant recommendations. This was the most helful facility. Very poot breakfast service; Second rate buffet, horrible coffee, and sullen almost non-existent service. A bit too"trendy" for it's own good. Too dark in the lobby. Very gloomy compared to other hotels we visited in Rome.

I find everything excellent in Alep, A Boscolo; The only thing that I have to suggest is about the air conditionig sistem: I couldn't find an accomodation to decrease the temperature in the room; but in every case the assistent told that the mainteance are looking to solve it. Really I think is a venial sin in a perfect structure; I think I'll be in Alep,A Boscolo every time I'll stay in Rome

very unique and fashionable hotel that exceeded our expectations....however people at the reception especially one girl not friendly and competent at all, all the employees should be sent to switzerland or the united states to learn how you treat a client in a professional manner, only due to this fact we will never return to this hotel anymore...

The condition of the hotel is excellent. Since the hotel is newly-renovated, we find it very clean; tidy expecially the lighting and the facilities in washroom are excellent. If the service of staff are more consistent and pro-active, it will be even more lovely and warm.

This is an excellent location and design. Unfortunately it is run by very young and inexperienced staff. Some of the guests at the hotel are allowed to treat the public areas like a play house. This type of activity does not project a sophisticated and hip feeling.
