Hotel B4 Nice Park - Nice

The room is spacious. The bad point is the air-condition which did not work and we have to open the window. Our room is on the street side so it is very noisy at night. There was a concert held at a nearby park during 2 night of our stay and the noise is very bad.

Stayed at B4park for four nights in a deluxe double room w balcony and seaview. Our room was big and nice and offered view of the park and the sea. Excellent location! Excellent staff and good breakfast. Internet connection throug cable in the room, wifi was avalable in the lobby area. The only problem we had was that the room was warm in the nights, no airconditioning was available at this time of the year. We ended up having the door to the balcony open and it was quite noicy early mornings from traffic. Noice wasn't a problem when the door was closed.

There were 8 of us staying at the B4PARK HOTEL and we found it very good in all aspects. Breakfast was good and plentiful, nearby there are plenty of Restaurants to choose from. This has been our 4th trip to Nice in the past 3 years.

As others hotels in Nice it is not renovated and you should count on it when making hotel reservation in 4 star hotel.

The staff is great- very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing. Room was a nice size and had a balcony. Minuses were that the rooms and hallways are run down and slightly depressing- stains on the carpet and walls, etc. Very good price for the location. Room was extremely loud!

The location of this hotel is very good, for my taste is one of the best in Niza. The only problem was with one of the receptionist that told me that the taxis to the airport were more expensive than what I have seen in the easy yet magazine, she was not very polite.

The bathroom was humid, dirty and what you could expect from a 2 star hotel. The room was rather dirty too and not in line with my expectations.

Very poor establishment, not even a 3 star accommodation. the room was dusty, bathroom too small, shower in the middle of the tube, everything get's wet whe using the shower... very loud noise in the courtyard of a ventilating system starting every hour for 10 or more minutes... very cheap interior of the room blurry blanket... only the welcoming was excellent.. also the hotel surrounding...

We were in nice thre days,the weather was bad, but we staied well .

Furniture in the room was so old fashioned that it has to be exchanged. I am used to have slippers and a bathcoat in a 4**** hotel.

A nice place to stay in Nice without a lot of complications in the center of town. A short walk from the train station and even closer walk to the seaside quais. Close to the new tram. Service was simple, polite and efficient. Room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was expensive for our tastes, so we snacked on fruit, yogurt and fresh rolls in our room, and saved our appetites for supper and dinner outside.

Right on the Promenade de Anglaise you are in the heart of things in Nice. We were able to walk to every part of the city. The hotel staff couldn't do enough for us. I really remember this becaue I was in the early days of my pregnancy and the treated me and my husband like royalty. One of the top hotels in Nice!!!!

Our stay was nothing more than ok. Staff very good. Rooms very basic. Bar had no atmosphere and very expensive. This is not a 4 star hotel by UK standards and am surprised it is advertised as such.

Had booked a deluxe room, but the room we got was not as in the picture, large but a bit dated. Furniture could do with modernising. First time i have ever stayed in a 4* and not had a kettle , tea and coffee in room.

Hello, On the 11th-Oct-04 I was booked into the Park Hotel Nice for 7 nights using Venere web site, I had booked a double room with a queen/double bed. When we were taken to our room the first thing we noticed was we had been given a twin room not a double bedded room as booked I also noted the carpets were stained and very worn, also the furniture was very shabby. All in all the entire room was in need of a full update, I was also surprised to find no floor coverings within some of the hallways outside the lifts. We booked the park hotel in Nice as it was a 4 star hotel and in a good location. After pointing out our concerns the hotel staff agreed to push the single beds together to make a double. I decided to checkout the next morning and go to another hotel for the rest of our stay. We were very disappointed with the Boscolo Park hotel, I certainly would not have believed this was a 4 star hotel more a poor 3 star and would not be recommending.

This was our second stay at this hotel and if we are ever in Nice again, we will stay again. Great location, competent and friendly staff, clean accommodations.

Stay was rated Very Good to Excellent. Noise level at night with windows open was average to high.

Not satisfied at all. No room available in the hotel. Transfer to another hotel without any assistance. Price proposed on the internet site as a promotion was exactly the same as the normal price. Rooms should be renovated. No correspondance between pictures on the internet site and rooms.

Initially put us in a standard room and not deluxe as booked. standard room was cramped compared to usual standard room and in need of refurbishment. the deluxe room did not match the hotels brochure pictures but was much better than standard and excellent view over Albert PArk with palm trees to sea. must be one of the best located hotels as only a short walk from old town, market and restaraunts, hotel bar and breakfast restaraunt somewhat "plastic" in appearance and not to our personal taste but staff helpful and attentive - overall a good holiday

Our stay at Park Boscolo was a total delight. Our room was on the top floor with an ocean view. We were able to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and a south facing view and watch the world of Nice go by. The location is excellent since it is only a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and to the main points to get transport. It is a short taxi ride to the central train station. It is a ten minute walk (down the beach) to the Cours Saleya and the Old Town. Other shopping and eating conveniences are even nearer. Breakfast was very nice and consistently good. Staff were very helpful regarding touring questions and for other traveler needs such as finding internet points, laundry, etc. Would recommend Park to anyone and certainly would return when we come back to Nice.

Not good value, no atmosphere

The Park Hotel was very central for the attractions we wanted to visit including Bay, Old Town, and restraunts. Very freindly and helpful staff. Firsta Class.

An outstanding hotel to stay in. Cannot say enough good things about the hotel.

No Internet facility offered unless you have your own laptop.

Good place to stay, altought the rooms need some improvments is a lit bit out of date. The room size is very good as well the location of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boscolo Park Hotel. It was our first time to the south of France and we loved the location of this hotel. The saff were very friendly and helped us with all our questions and needs. We will definitely stay there agin should we return to the area. Our room was beautiful and very large! We were very happy during our stay.

It is essential to have a de luxe room at the front overlooking the sea. Our room on 5th floor was spacious and well furnished with v large bed and with 2 balconies with french windows and a beautiful outlook over gardens and the sea. The standard rooms appeared to be small and those at the back dark with no view and to be avoided.

Excellent location, but room was small and a/c was very inefficient. Otherwise, we were very pleased with service and personnel.
