One of the loveliest and most interesting cities in the entire world is Venice, Italy. It was constructed on a lagoon some 600 years ago and has remained virtually unchanged since that point in time. The city has decayed somewhat since then but its fascinating character, heavy tourist traffic, and romantic charm remains the same as it has always been. However, what if you are vacationing with your children? If there is one thing you can say about the city of Venice, it is definitely not a place where they will get bored.
