Riga, the capital of Latvia, has been experiencing something of a Renaissance lately with many of the older buildings throughout the city being renovated and/or restored. Lately, Riga is viewed as one of the most attractive cities in Europe. Shopping in Riga offers the international traveler a number of excellent venues to enjoy such as the central markets and the little stands scattered around the central part of the city.

It covers an entire square block of the Old Riga area and features dozens of trendy stores, numerous cafés, and a huge supermarket. The mall opens at 8 am and stays open until 10 pm every day.
