Le Cinq, located in the Four Seasons, is a beautiful restaurant that is guaranteed to impress your sweetheart. The dining room is decked out in gray and gold with specialized china, silver and tablecloths. The menu is classic French with an emphasis on local cuisine. Le Cinq has the honor of being a two Michelin starred establishment.
Le Cinq offers breakfast which consists of such dishes as French pastries, yogurt, fruit salad, jams, and juices. They also have a Japanese style breakfast which includes Miso Soup, Tofu, and Roasted Salmon. They also offer an al a carte menu which offers up such selections as Morel Mushroom and Sorrel Salad with Crab, Line-Caught Sea Bass, Abalones and New Onions from the Cevennes Region. They have two tasting menus; the Light Tasting Menu which has dishes such as Milk-Fed Medallion with Mozzarella and Vegetables or the Gourmet Menu with elaborate selections like Roast Milk-Fed Prawns with Bruccio Cheese and Licorice. To cap off your meal, try one of their spectacular desserts such as Crystallized Wild Strawberries, Green Apple and Violet Granite.
Le Cirq serves breakfast from 7-10 a.m. on Mon.-Fri. and 7-10:30 a.m. on Sat. and Sun. Their lunch is available on 12:30-2:30 p.m. and dinner 7-10:30 p.m. Smart casual or business dress is required for breakfast or lunch. For dinner, it is business or formal. Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée
Celebrity Chef Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athenee is a great place to spend a romantic evening. The restaurant is decked out with chandeliers, elegant decorations and 10,000 crystal pendants hanging from the ceiling.
You can put together your own menu off the a la carte tasting menu which gives you taste of varying cuisines from all over the world. Along with his sommelier, Gerard Margeon, they have collaborated to create a fine ding experience that is second to none.
