That is not rich enough for 5 star stay but richer than the usual budget stay traveler. For the travelers who belong to that segment - there is a lot of choice in Bed and Breakfast and Inn's which provide quality services and yet cheaper than a hotel. These establishments are in vogue nowadays and your article fails to mention these. There are travelers who belong to the Mid-range segment. That is not rich enough for 5 star stay but richer than the usual budget stay traveler.
