Villa Carlotta is considered to be the most beautiful villa in Italy and it is easy to see why. The villa itself has a fabulous museum containing many works of art, including masterpieces by Antonio Canova, Adamo Tadolini, Francesco Hayez Bertel Thorvaldsen, Jean-Baptiste Wicar and Andrea Appiani.
