It sounds like Giorgio La Pira would be the best fit for me (I agree on maxing out at 2 hours per day). I am a relative beginner. Do you know if they offer their different levels of classes every month? Their website seemed to suggest maybe only one level was offered per month, but I may have mis-read this. Thanks again! It was pretty good, not sure if it still is because this was 15 years ago. They offered class and private lessons with homestays.
