The Middle East country of Kuwait lies on the northwestern edge of the Arabian Gulf. It is geographically situated between the gulf, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. As there is no nightlife to speak of in Kuwait (alcohol is prohibited), most people go to their favorite restaurants for an enjoyable night out on the town. Though a predominantly Muslim state, traditional dishes have meats as one of the ingredient but for those looking for a vegetarian fare, the choices are unlimited.
