E. Dehillerin

E. Dehillerin, open since 1820, is a great place to find all your cooking needs. They have a wide variety of copper kettles, molds, pots, and many other cooking accessories. It is a must for anyone who loves to cook. The hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. as well as 14 to 18 on Mondays. On Tuesday to Saturday, they are open from 9 a.m. to 18. They are not open on Sunday. They are located at 18 et 20, rue Coquillere – 51, rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau – 75001. Food markets

Food markets are a great way to get an insight of a area you are in and also, you can get a bite to eat at a great price. The markets have been in existence since the middle ages and there are more than 70 in Paris.

Among the many great shops in Paris to find a great foodie experience, there are food markets and also shops that are open regularly. You can find shops from merchants all over the area selling everything from baked goods to fruits to vegetables meats. It’s always fun just to walk around the streets of the markets and watch how the everyday Parisians live their lives, buy their food, and to get a real sense of Paris’s culinary heritage.

Foodie Shops

Many of the foodie shops around town can be found in places such as Rue Cler, which is open on weekdays and weekends. Another foodie heaven is Saxw-Breteuil Market which offers shops that are open from Thursday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Marché de Grenelle is open Wednesday and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Marche Ave President Wildon is open Wednesday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Also, along the many districts or arrondissements in Paris, there are great food markets you can visit. There are 20 different arrondissements you can visit with an endless array of food markets to see. Some of these include Saint-Honoré located on Place du Marché, Saint-Honoré on 1st arrondissement. It is open Wednesdays from 3 to 8 p.m. and also Saturday mornings. On the 6th arrondissement, there is the Saint-Germain, which is a covered market. It is located on 4 rue Lobineau and is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and also from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. On Sundays, you can find it open at 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
