I spent five months in the Danish capital city a few years ago, and really enjoyed its museums, cafés, nightlife spots and shopping gems. There are so many great things to do and see in Copenhagen, but also in its surroundings! Amongst my favorite places outside Copenhagen are Charlottenlund Beach, Klampenborg Park, the picturesque fisherman village of Dragør, the small city of Køge with its lovely colored houses, the Roskilde Fjord, and last but not least: Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Humlebæk.
