The following are our top 5 shopping malls and centers that we recommend you don’t miss whenever you are vacationing in Dublin:

Dundrum Town Centre – this venue features a wide array of dining, entertainment, and retail outlets including products such as:

  • -bars, cafés, and restaurants
  • -children’s, ladies, and men’s fashions (and accessories)
  • -footwear (all types)
  • -health and beauty
  • -jewelry
  • -leisure and sports
  • -medical center

Ilac Centre – built in the 1980s, this shopping complex is located on Dublin’s north side.  This impressive mall has a lot to offer every shopper including:

  • -a little chapel
  • -boutique outlets
  • -fast food restaurants
  • -gift shops
  • -a library

Jervis Centre – this multi-floor shopping mall features retail outlets and shops on every level.  All of the UK’s leading chain stores have outlets in the Jervis Centre.  Everything you could possibly be shopping for (and much more) can be found under a single roof.  Located in proximity of the Temple Bar area, it is situated in the core of hubbub in Ireland’s most vibrantly jovial city.

Kildare Village Outlet Shopping – the relaxed atmosphere of this venue provides the ultimate shopping experience as you venture in and out of the different shops.  Kildare Village is located in the countryside that surrounds Dublin which means that unless you are driving, you will need to take the coach service that transports locals and tourists to the village.  However, they reward you with a €10 gift card which you can spend anywhere when you are visiting the village outlets.

Kildare Village Shopping Express – a great venue for Christmas shopping, Kildare village is open 364 days a year.  When you hire the coach service to transport you there from wherever you are staying in Dublin and as was mentioned above, they give you with a €10 gift card that you can spend at any shop in the village.  This is definitely an enjoyable shopping experience along with the village outlets mentioned above.
