Ballymun Farmer’s Market – located just behind Dublin’s Civic Center is Ballymun Plaza, the site of the city’s most renowned farmer’s market that operates from 11 am to 4 pm every Thursday.  It is one of the newer establishments of its type and was originally established in 2006 as a response to public feedback.  The market features a number of natural items and products and is positioned in an environment that is not only beneficial and fun, it is wholesome as well.

Blackrock Market – considered as being the best managed markets in the entire country.  It features an excellent blend of antique, new, and second-hand merchandise and is a favorite shopping venue for Dublin’s most judicious consumers.  It is unique in the respect that you can shop through a wide assortment of collectible furniture, fine art, handicrafts, and modern art.  This mix of merchandise is normally only seen in Europe’s more traditional flea markets.

DLR CoCo Markets – if fresh eggs, fruits, meats, and vegetables are what you’re looking for, this is a must-see market.  A lot of the local farmers and other food producers sell their items here.  You’ll also find a great assortment of ethnic fare, flowers, savory treats, and sweets every week at this location.  The market operates three days a week and is the biggest community market group in Dublin and is great for ambiance and excitement.
