There are no direct trains from the airport but the Dublin Bus service connects the airport to Connolly and Heuston railway stations. Dublin’s light rail network (LUAS) stops at both Connolly and Heuston stations.
Buses to the city centre leave from the Arrivals Road. The Dublin bus company operates the Airlink bus service between the airport and the city of Dublin. Airlink buses nr. 747 and 748 travel between the airport and the city centre and an adult single fare to the city is €6.00. Tickets are available from the Dublin Tourism information desk or the Bus and Rail information desk on arrival, or from ticket machines in the bus departure area.
Aircoach operates a coach service from the airport to Dublin city centre and to other destinations. There are two different routes so make sure you know where you are heading to in the city. The coaches operate around the clock and leave every 10 minutes during the day, less frequently in the evening and once an hour at night. An adult single fare is €7.00-€8.00 depending on the destination.
There are also several local buses from the airport to Dublin that will stop at all stops on the way to the city. Some hotels in Dublin offer shuttle bus services to hotel guests. Long-distance coaches leave from the airport to several major destinations around Ireland.
Taxis and Car Rental
