I went myself for massages, to relax & use the Spa - I was not disappointed at all. I was all inclusive & the food is also great - such a variety. Eight years ago I joined the Don Quixote school in Tenerife (Puerto de la Cruz) and spent one month learning Spanish and meeting other travelers from all over the world. Don Quixote also provides excellent instruction and accomodations as part of the learning experience. Plus, they used to have a special program where you could not only study Spanish but take scuba lessons. The weekends were great because there is a lot to do on Tenerife, but if you like you can easily visit the other islands.
