Balenbouche Estate, St. Lucia – This estate is the halfway point between a pair of renowned fishing villages, namely Choiseul and Laborie. Situated in the southern part of St. Lucia there are a total of 4 wooden cottages, two of which are totally self-catering but all of them can sleep up to four people comfortably. The estate is overgrown with moss-covered serpentine trees which add to the ambiance.

Bogles Round House – Carriacou is the setting for Bogles, with its highly praised and unique restaurants and self-contained wooden cottage accommodations. Although they are simple, the cottages are very comfortable and extremely private. Each features a bathroom and kitchenette and offer stunning views across Swallow Beach.

Melodies Guest House – The remote and unsophisticated island of Petite Martinique is rarely visited but it is the location of one very popular lodging facility that offers views across the southern Caribbean the Grenadine Islands. Guestrooms are all very modest but very clean while the on-site restaurant serves up the daily catch. It’s a great place to visit with the other guests as well as the locals.

Picard Beach Cottages – Skirting Prince Rupert Bay is the town of Picard Beach, a natural and very popular anchorage as well as the second largest town on the island. The shoreline-hugging cottages are constructed from attractive hardwoods and surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. Each cottage features air conditioning, bathrooms, kitchenettes, TV’s and verandas. Just up the beach is the Flambeau Restaurant which serves excellent salads, seafood and wraps.

Sugarapple Inn – The Grenadine island of Bequia offers a cooler, milder climate and features some excellent beaches. It is also a popular favorite of the ever-present sailing aficionados of the Caribbean. The eight suites on the property are all very colorful and immaculate. They are all self-contained and equipped with air conditioning, kitchen, TV, and WiFi. The main town of Port Elizabeth is just a short bus ride down the road where you can find dozens of places to eat and shop.
