Cara Phillips is from San Francisco, but left her heart in Rome after visiting it when she was 17. She studied Anthropology at the University of Bologna and returned to the land of her Grandmother as an English teacher. In her spare time, she scours the city for the places where the Romans wine, dine, shop, stroll and party.
