This was my 2nd visit to Rotterdam for the Summer Carnival. I had stayed at another hotel in the area peviously. The Bilderberg exceeded my expectations. However, one query; breakfast was quoted on Venere.com at 21 euros, but it was actually 30 euros (for 2 people). But the service was excellent, the staff friendly and always helpful. The gym was also good.

How to reach Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam
By car
From Utrecht: Via the A20 towards Rotterdam. At the Terbregseplein junction take the A16 towards Dordrecht and take exit 25 Centrum. Drive towards Centrum via the Maasboulevard (the river is on your left) for about 4 Km. Turn right when you see the Parkhotel billboard (on the bridge). After the second billboard turn left on to the Westblaak. At the second traffic lights turn left: on the corner you will see the Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam.
By train
From Rotterdam Central station you can walk for about 5 minutes or take tram line 7.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation after 16.00 hours the day of arrival, 100% will
