The breakfast buffet was not properly managed. There was costantly lack of some food, and the cleanliness in the food area was poor.

+ nice and clean hotel + calm area. - not really central, you would need a car, taxi or train to go downtown - the reception lady by arrival was too slow ;took more than 25 min just to check me in, asked for the credit card several times ,double-charged me for the internet in room and had a grumpy face and was not friendly. the reception lady at the check out was more proffisional.

Nice hotel with easy access from the center of Amsterdam by tram. Good service and calm location near a canal. International and touristic clientele.

The hotel is very good, clean and quiet. Very good place to stay. It´s not central, but it has good access to public transportantion (tram). It´s not the best place to someone that is looking for night life, these people should look for a hotel at the centrum or next to the Leidseplein. Staff is very good.

Amsterdam is charming and practical. Renting bikes - a service provided by the hotel - is the best way to explore this wonderful and surprising city. Bilderberg Garden Hotel is really beautiful and efficient. It was a very pleasant stay.

The Bildeberg is a wonderful property with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It's location near the museums is ideal, but somewhat far from the central district. There's some great restaurants nearby and one that I would highly recommend is Le Garage where I celebrated my birthday. Overall I would say given the value and accomodations I would definitely stay there again.

Séjour très agréable, chambre confortable, calme, propre. Matelas un peu dur. Personnel très discret. Situation calme. Transports publics à proximité. Entouré d'arbres. Super pour se reposer après la ville. Compter taxe de séjour en plus. Hôtel à recommander !

A excellent hotel for Amsterdam standards, this hotel is very deceiving from the outside but inside is very modern and contemporary and extremely clean. We really loved it. The area the hotel is located is very prestigeous and we had a lovely time looking at all the lovely homes in the area. The staff were average in the hotel, not overly friendly. But the rooms made up for it. Shame there wasnt breakfast though in the price. Easily a 4 star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, we didn't have any issue. The only thing I have to say it's that maybe it was 5 stars Hotel long time ago, I'll say would be better if now you put 4 stars and change the carpet in the bedrooms! In my opinion the room was too dusty, even if the maid was cleaning it every evening. Can I suggest you wood-floor? I think would be much more clean and hygienic!

The hotel is OK, but how it has achieved all the stars is questioned. We hoped the hotel at least had a gym room or semilar facilities, but could'nt offer any fitness activities. The minibar prices are much too high. The room was poor isolated from traffic noise and at last; - the reseptionist told us that a preorderd taxi to the airport had a fixed price of 20 euro, but we had to pay 35 when arrivin for departure. It not too far to go to get good communications when visiting all the tourist magnets. All over we had an OK stay, and it was topped, particulary because of the extraordinary indian summer. Tnis is NOT a 5 star luxury hotel and they do not have the amenitites as described. The bicycle rental is NOT on premises, it is 5 km away, the spa is NOT on prenmises, it is 2 km away, and the internet service is VERY expensive (as is everything else). However at 27 euro for 24 hours I was shocked when they balked when I asked for a refund after I complained because the net server was down most of my stay. They stipulated that because i was able to use the internet for 45 minutes- I should only get a partial refund. This kind of quibbling is not representative of a high quality establishment. There are plenty of accomodations in Amsterdam- I would not return here.
