A great bargain for a hotel in Italy. Very clean, friendly staff, great service. Only compaint is that it was a bit hard to find. Overall the best of 4 hotels we stayed in while in Italy.

Situated a bit outside of the centro storico. It is just like most Best Western Hotels - very professional, rooms are small but very modern and clean, service is good, there is a shopping center nearby, parking is free, really not much to complain about. Breakfast was good.

Easy to walk to old town, or use the car and easy to fond parking

Quiet, clean and very comfortable. The only (minor) con is the car parking, which is not as large as needed. However, parking in the surroundings is not a problem. Recommended.

Hotel is not situated close to the city center as promised on the website.

On the first day of our first visit to Italy, Best Western Viterbo was a veritable oasis. After a long tiring day of travel, the 5-star quality service and room accommodations provided us at this very reasonably priced hotel were nothing short of outstanding.

Viterbo seems like a lovely place, but the hotel is out near the university and not soo easy to find. However, the hotel is lovely and the staff were very helpful

Very difficult to find. Hotel's own directions are very vague, but great value for money so print a map from multimap before you go. Non-smoking hotel but we had a nasty cigarette smell when we used the air con (can be turned off by reception if you ask). Used it as a stop over between Amalfi coast and Tuscany, and we would stay there again.

Reception was excellent and suggestions for restaurants, hair salon for my wife, and all other questions we had were excellent. During visit my wife slipped and sprained her wrist. Hotel staff quickly arranged ice pack and give suggestions for help. Repeatedly checked on status of injury. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. As well, this was the lowest cost hotel we stayed at during our month in Italy.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite a huge Coop and indoor shopping mall. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the centre of Viterbo from the hotel. The hotel was clean and excellent value for money. The staff were friendly. We would stay there again.

We found the hotel clean comfortable friendly and great value for money. The breakfast buffet was an excellent start to the day. The hotel is situated in a modern suburb close to the main roads and the Coop supermarket and 20 mins brisk walk from the centre -convenient for us but the situation might not be to every travellers taste. We would certainly stay there again.

Not very close to city center, by car easy to reach

A great stopping off point between Rome and Tuscany. Very helpful staff - breakfast room was cramped but everything else was fine.

Modern, typical, Best Western with good value. Americans undoubtedly will feel a "little bit at home" staying here. The area is obviously in the development stages without easy access to restaurants quite yet. Also, roadways and transportation systems encircle the hotel which makes walking difficult. Viterbo is a way station to other sites.

Excellent accomodations. We will use this hotel again. The directions were a bit confusing, especially for the final approach to the hotel.
