Best Western Hotel Firenze - Verona

The hotel is a good location for an early flight or train from Verona. It's just up the street from Piazza Bra in the old town and a short walk less than ten minutes from the train station. The hotel provides free wireless internet and is very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good.

This was an excellent hotel. Very nice and would definitely stay again. We were sorry we were only there for 1 night. Breakfast was very good with alot of selection. Verona is a great city and hope to get back there again someday. The hotel was a short maybe 10 min walk from train station.

Between the train station and old town. Easy walking distance to either. Very comfortable room with plenty of outlets conveniently located. Fast internet connection. Left before breakfast this time, but it has been good before.

Only the bathtube was a little short and the shower part was very narrow if closed the door.

The hotel was even better than we (group of 4 mature adults) expected. Fantastic value, friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was excellent even down to providing gluten free crackers and biscuits for coeliac in the group. We will return.

We was very impressed with the welcome we received. Staff were highly efficent,helpful and friendly. The room was adequate though perhaps slightly on the small side if you were staying for longer than 1 night. The bathroom complete with jacuzzi was a lovely surprise. A free drink was offered in the bar between 6 &8pm which was another unexpected surprise. The buffet breakfast the next morning was excellent. All in all we were very happy with our stay and were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. This was our first time staying here but we will definitely be back. We can highly recommend this hotel. It is situated only a short walk from the Piazza Bra and the Arena.

Close (walking distance) to the train station and to the old town. This is a very convenient place for a stay in Verona. The rooms are large and modern and the internet is a plus. The staff is efficient.

As we were unable to book a room in the Hotel we usually stay at in Verona, we were a little apprehensive. However, we needn't have been. This is a really good Hotel, with modern facilities, about 600 metres from l'Arena ( a nice walk on an ordinary day, but challenging in 35 degree heat!). Our air-conditioned room was of a reasonable size and was very comfortable and had the added excitement of trying to fully work out how the spa-type shower functioned. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, in a large area with tables widely spaced, was excellent. The choice of breakfast items, both hot and cold, was exceptional. This experience has given us a dilemma - to return to the Hotel we have loved for the past 6 or so years or to go to Hotel Firenze. We will probably use both on return visits.

Close to both the old town and train station, this is a good trade-off for someone with an early flight. I was upgraded to a business room which was very large and modern and included internet access.

This is where I shall stay if in Verona again. Close enough to the railway station to walk easily, but on on elegant boulevard just a short walk from the Old Centre.Comfortable,well equipped and competent.

Retired couple from Florida, USA.My wife and I spent three nights at the Firenze hotel in Verona. It was our best experience of 11 hotel nights in Northern Italy. The staff was wonderful and expremely accomodating. The morning front desk girl (March 30-April 1) was very helpful and spoke perfect English. The hotel was a short walk from the rail station and about 1/2 mile to the main city center and pedestrian area. Thanks for a great time. Bob and Pat Hawley
