Best Western Hotel Luxor - Turin

Carpet in the room unfortunally ends up to smell musty unless you clean it often and that's my advice to the Service Manager there. Staff is quite kind, web connection is free and pretty fast and the price is on average, yet I stayed BW hotels with more charming rooms. If the hotel is full you have to wait a bit before you get warm water, why? Location is quite central and near the hotel there are very advisable restaurants, also because there is no restaurants in the hotel.

It wasn'nt possible to sleep with the noise.

We really appreciated parking our car in the hotel underground for free. Location, close the historic center is also very nice. Breakfast was missing fresh fruits. When we go back to Turin, we may book again in this hotel.

Clean spacious room and ensuite. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location close to train station and town. Staff friendly and welcoming in general. Advertised individual wifi but was only avaliable to one person despite being a group of three and only worked in lobby. Hotel computer was avaliable to use.

We are not convinced with regard to the personal quality of of your receptionist. For us your staff has not enough personal interest for the guests and their interests. The atmosphere is for us to unpersonal. We stayed three days in Turin and your hotel.

Very handy for the station and a bargain at 75 euros.

Although the decoration is a little bit old, it is a very nice hotel. Our room was very spacious (we were 2 adults + 2 children) and well organized. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choice. The restaurant that was recommended to us was not good at all and expensive for what you get. Pick up your own !

The hotel is located on the edge of the centre of Turin with a 5 minute walk to the main railway station. In all very handy and we were able to park the car in the hotel basement. Externally the hotel mirros some of the residential properties and could be considered a little tired. Internally it is a little dated but well maintained. The reception staff were very helpful. The totel is on seven floors, we were located on the street side at sixth floor level with views towards the hills and the Basilica Superga in the distance. The room was very spacious for our family of 4, effectively two rooms joined together with a good bathroom and walk in wardrobe area. As the room overlooked the street, there was some noise from busses etc and in quiet August this was not a problem but could be at other times. For us the location was very good, continental breakfast was plentiful and we enjoyed our two days in Turin.

Stayed here for long weekend July 2009 , 4 shared a room . This is a great hotell , great location and would definitely not hesitate to book again!! Highly recommend .

Nel complesso tutto positivo, tranne che avevo prenotato una quadrupla e all'arrivo in hotel mi sono dovuta adattare ad una singola e una tripla, ovviamente allo stesso prezzo!!!

I was there for 3 days. I was very confortable at the hotel. The airport bus drops you only 4 blocks away from the hotel (in Porta Nuova train station).

It's a good hotel with big rooms, nice and very clean. we'd been 4 people in 1 room with enougth space. it's well situated, near the station with a nice walk to the centre.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the interesting sights. There are several good restaurants nearby.

Great location, good hotel but for no more than 90 Euro/night.

We stayed in Turin for 4 nights. The 1st night we got a newly refurbished spotless room,tha was small, with some noise from the street, even with the double glass window. Then we moved to a less modern room, that was very good. The personnel in the reception is very kind and helpfull. Breakfast is excelent.

Very bad breakfast, very often no plates, cups or even food. No WLAN in rooms

I think that the Englsih channel choic should be increased especially for the sake of foreign travelers
