Friendly staff.need to refresh but worth the money

This hotel represents excellent value for central Turin. I would definitely stay there again. Friendly, clean and quiet (I was in a non-smoking room on the top floor) with a nice breakfast and free Wifi. It is in a convenient location, close to the main train station, but not too close -- the area around the hotel seemed safer / better than the area immediately next to the station. The rooms and the elevator are on the small side, so not good for those travelling with large luggage.

Excellent position for its price, very clean and very good breakfast. Quite noisy due to central position.

Relation between room size, quality and price is good when taking into account that the location is excellent. Car parking is a little expensive (25 Euros per day). Would be nice to be able to open the windows only partially. Staff could organise room keys slightly better. Staff could call a slightly more friendly taxi company, if available. But overall quality was very good, and room price very fair!

The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and multilingual. Everything was prepared and organized on arrival. Location is perfect for visiting the city and arriving travellers per train. I was given a room for two, although having booked single - perhaps it was because of asking for a non-smoker room: the price was of course for single use. The rooms are nicer than the fassade suggest on first sight, but the room size made me feel hemmed in. However, cleanliness was absolutely well. Air conditioners are a plus, but too loud during the night (2 levels, fortunately disengageable). The noise was only just acceptable, particularly people on floors, water pipes, street if window open. Breakfast of choice, but no alternation. As mere accomodation this hotel is really fine, if you want to use the room for longer time than sleeping I recommend to look for hotels with larger rooms and consequentially higher prices. However, for business trips I would go there again.

Everything was very nice excepted a slightly noisy neighborhood at night. But nothing too bad. The location is great. Employees very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, at venere.com prices I advise it at any time and plan to use it in my future trips.

- the bad point is the breakfast room :no windows ( in the basement) but they have an excellent room service... - they should have the "world preservation" system where you dond't change towels every day but only if you leave it on the floor :stop wasting water for nothing...

Excellent service, kind friendly man on front desk who was very helpful with toursit info on Turin, I can´t fault the accommodation, I would book to come here agin no problem.

We received a warmly/friendly welcome the employees give a very good explanation about the things to visit, restaurants to try.... a lot of choice for breakfast very good situation,in the city center I would recommend this hotel
