Best Western Hotel City - Turin

Staff very kind, great breakfast, perfect location, room very cleaned with all accessories. Hotel not very new, with just one lift for 8 floors and old windows with some air filling in the room but with high heath, it wasn't a really problem.

Centrally located within walking distance of sightseeing attractions, shopping and dining possibilities. Also very close to the metro station to connect with the train stations.

The only minor drawback was the wifi connection, sometimes slow. Anyway I was totally satisfied from ths hotel!

Just as pictured the staff were friendly and buffet breakfast was plentiful,internet free ,close to markets and all the main sites,and wonderful decor WE STAYED IN THE ROOM PICTURED ON VENERE . We arrived at the airport on the friday .Buy a BUS TICKET(not train).The bus makes 5 stops the last porta nouva ,BUT THE BEST thing is the 2nd last stop is Porta Susa railway station:(GET OFF HERE) YES 100 metres from this hotel.we bought torino 3 day card BUT lots of musieum closed monday.BEST get the 2 day card.only found 1 resturant we would recommend a little family italian resturant. RISTORANTE GUISTI via principe tommaso 17.(closed wednesday)GREAT choice and value italian food. {:O)

All the basics were done well and this is essentially a perfectly reasonable hotel. However, the bedroom image on the website suggests a far more spacious environment than we actually ended up with and the quirky design, while interesting, is perhaps rather too self-conscious and over-done. In all, I left feeling that the price was a little excessive for an adequate but unspectacular experience.

This was a wonderful inexpensive hotel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is located right in town and it was easy to walk everywhere.

Near the heart of the town, very near the underground, four stops to the main station, yet so quiet we could sleep with the window opwn on a saturday night. Confortable, clean, generous breakfast, fascinating and original design. The staff was pleasant, very well worth the price.

The design of the Hotel had a very Art Deco style to it. Our Room had 2 levels with the sitting room and the toilet situated downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. This gave the room a very cozy feel to it. There was a problem with the heater in our room. The heater couldn't be controlled with the remote at the entrance of the room. So even with the heater off, some hot air was always coming through the central heater, which made the room uncomfortably hot at night. Even with this problem which probably is because of a malfunctioning air-conditioner in the room we stayed in, I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff was very kind and helpful. Also the breakfast was very good. There is a restaurant-pizzeria located on the opposite side and slightly to the right of the hotel where they served very good food. We had the Pepe Verde Beef Steak(Green Pepper Steak), which we felt was excellent.

Very beautiful hotel, with good relationship between price/quality. The room was with furnished with very good modern taste, quite and comfortable. Very comfortable to reach the center (15 min. by foot, almost everything in pedestrian precinct). I will recommend this hotel to visit Turin

The price with Venere was low and the hotel was great! Big room, nice staff and good breakfast!

Rooms are very beautiful, spacious and clean. The hotel is near to the city's center, 10 minute walking. Very good Hotel.

If driving, this hotel is difficult to find, as it is in a one-way street.

La parte ritrutturata dell'albergo dispone di stanze molto spaziose ed arredato in modo originale e gradevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Rien a redire, ce fut une tres bonne surprise

Alcune camere sono soppalcate e possono risultare scomode soprattutto per certe categorie di persone limitate nei movimenti.

I required 2 non-smoking rooms, but one of them was very "smoky" + the airconditioning in it was really poor, so the room was extremely hot. If we hadn't stayed for one night only, I would have required a different kind of room.

Tout s'est passé comme prévu, le personnel a été irréprochable et parle anglais, l'hotel est à 2 pas du centre, et on peut garer sa voiture sur la piazza stattuto juste à coté (parking payant, gratuit le dimanche). Je recommande donc vivement cet hotel!

The painting was not well done and the sink in the bathroom was almost broken. It could be better for € 129,00/night.

The hotel is very design, well located if you use porta susa train station. correct breakfast.
