Double queen room was very comfortable. Nice location for us across the street from Japantown shopping and walking distance to Fillmore (our purpose for visit). Friendly staff. Elevator smelled like ginger! Parking limited so we had to park at Japantown center one night -- which was actually cheaper ($16 vs. $20 at hotel). Not a problem for us since we only had backpacks. Wireless internet a little slow but OK. Mini-fridge and coffee maker in room was nice. The weird anime-type decoration on the wall was strange but made the room interesting.

The staff were extremely professional and courteous. I had only a few minor issues (such as broken iron) which were fixed immediately upon request. I would highly recommend to friends or family, very good value for the area.
