A very polite and helpful personnel, good location and easy access from highway, own parking, reasonable prices, spacious rooms, good breakfast. However the rooms need renovation, the bathroom toiletries and accessories are poor, plastic "glasses" are not adequate at all

It was the first time we went to San Donà di Piave. we didn't know anithing about it. it was raining cats and dogs, ten o'clokc of night. so we have no idea of location or surroundings. I thing we will come again.

High quality, modern hotel. If you plan to visit Venice from here, as I did, you should be aware that it takes up to two hours by public transport.

A 30 to 45 minute train to Venice. The staff was VERY nice and also helpful. The area is not that interesting, but quite and residential. Definitely worth staying outside of Venice for paying lower price and not having to mess with finding a hotel in the city. That said the directions to the hotel as listed on the Venere site were horribly inadequate. We also had directions from map24.de, but these didn't help that much.
