Some front desk personel not very friendly but collaborative; other friendly and collaborative. Air condition and refrigerators of varied quality in rooms (some are noisy; some don't react OK to temperature); breakfast room tiny, so crouded; business center OK with PC, printer, Internet; excellent parking (spacious covered garage); near city center. I tried 3 rooms; the first one had a big, fancy bathroom, but light entered from a bulb in the terrace (error in design); in the last one I could sleep well but the bathroom was not so impressive.

There are no room charges for children 18 years old and younger who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding. Both King Rooms and Double Queen Rooms with Two Beds are charmingly designed and feature a range of home-from-home comforts.Cable TV with HBO® and alarm clock/radio will help to keep you entertained, whilst in-room dataports means that complimentary high-speed Internet access is just a click of a button away. All the important extras are included, such as hair drier, iron and ironing board, telephone and a range of toiletries in the contemporary bathroom. Some rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave for extra convenience and independence. Relax with an early morning coffee courtesy of the coffee/tea maker, and enjoy harbor life as it begins its glorious ascent into day.
