First of all: we were informed by our airport shuttle driver that this address is not in Paris! This is not a Paris hotel,but one located in a suburb, called Saint Maurice.However,a metro station can be reached in a 10-minutes' walk from the hotel and in another 20 minutes you can get to the main tourist areas of Paris by metro.The infrastructure of the hotel (rooms and public areas)is appropriate for this price,but a part of the staff seems to be unskilled and bad mannered (younger waitresses in the restaurant at breakfast).To have breakfast at the hotel is a good choice, for dinner you probably can find a better place even in the surrounding streets than the restaurant of the hotel: main courses are all right, but avoid salads and desserts!

I could not enter car park when I arrived at the hotel due to a big tour coach was parking in front of car park entrance. The receptionist did not make sence how much I need to wait to drive into the car park. Unfortunately I lost about 30 minutes to leave the hotel for sight seeing in Paris. It is quite big thing for me.

This is our second stay at Le Saint Maurice. Since we have 3 adults and 2 teens, we booked 2 rooms. The first time we stayed, the room for 3 consisted of one bed up a narrow spiral staircase and a pull out chair downstairs for the third person. This time the room for 3 had 3 twin beds in a very spacious room on one floor which was preferable. Location isn't far from a metro stop but a little noisy. We stayed 2 nights and our 2 rooms weren't cleaned very well while we were out. Still a pretty good deal for Paris.
