Best Western Hotel Jadran - Rijeka

We upgraded to a balcony room when we saw the view and it was worth every bit of the extra fee. The best hotel in Rijeka from this percpective. You felt as if you were on a cruise trip. Perhaps not the best for those who are not prepared to walk or bus the kilometre plus into town, or the 500 metres to the nearest restaurant apart from within the hotel, which by the way has great freash seafood.

Wonderful room at the 6th floor as requested, with a beautiful sight over the Adriatic sea and the nearby islands.

The most wonderful thing about this hotel is the view of the Adriatic that you can enjoy from the restaurant, the room or the hotel "beach". Rooms are nice but the hotel is quite away from the city center. Breakfast or dinner at the restauran terrace is great.

Nice hotel. Our room had no sea view, but thet was not a problem. (They said that the booking from Venere is only valid for the rooms to the street side.)The public areas are all at the sea side so that was good enough for us. There is a lot of traffic at the street outside the hotel, but the noice level is low if the windows are closed in the room. Parking on the street outside the hotel is for free. Breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from. Resturant was quite expensive, slow service, food OK, but nothing special. It is better to go down to the town center, 30min walk, where you can get a nicer and cheaper dinner. But the view from the hotel resturant is splended, so it is not a bad choise with a dinner at the hotel either. A nice feature is that you can go swimming directly from the bottom floor at the hotel. Nice!

The hotel is 15 min walk from the center and the way there is not so nice

We, all bulgarians /14/ visited your hotel were very pleased with competence of employees; quality of services provided; see view over the gulf; interior of the public areas and especially restaurant area; greenery; quietness and peaceful of all the area around the hotel.The landmarks We would like to recommend are:City center; Tarsat hill with the Dome and antiques.

Excellent hotel in run down surroundings. The breakfast display was inspirational. The reception staff were superb. if you are in the town on business it would be an excellent base otherwise it's a very comfortable passing through place for visitors on a b & b basis.

Very nice, newly refurbished hotel with great view over the Rijeka bay. Rooms towards the street have no view at all, but despite the heavy trafficated road, the are very quiet. Possibility to take a swim directly from the hotel lower floor in very clean water. Superb breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed all to gether 3 nights.
