Best Western Hotel de la Paix - Reims

An international-type hôtel especially well situated in the center of town. Facilities and services at immediate reach, as well as historic points of interest. Correct but expensive (14 €)buffet breakfeast.

Simply amazing!! All the staff were friendly and very helpful, they called champagne houses for you to book a tour, the rooms were medium sized (but big for france) and very clean, the location is so central to restaurants shopping and only 2 blocks from the train station. the gym and pool facilities were fantastic and very clean, good breakfast with hot and cold food. We will definately stay again next time we go!

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Only issue was figuring out where to pull in the car and unload, as it was near/in a pedestrian zone. Highly recommend!

This was a first class experiance. Well located as we expected. Staff good and the service great would recommend it to all types of groups.

This is probably the best hotel in the city center. I've stayed there twice and plan to use it again in the Fall. It is well run and staffed. The wifi system works fine but there was a business conference there that overloaded the lines for a few hours. Reims has very few decent hotels in the heart of town - most are pretty shabby. The location is excellent.

Indoor parking with elevator directly into the reseption available. A bit smaller dobble bed than nomal. Very good location.

Very friendly staff, great location right in the centre of Reims, parking at the hotel garage for only 10 euros. Breakfast was much better than average French breakfast. If in Reims, you should definitely visit one of the caves. You can buy a good choice of champaigns at reasonable prices at the Vinocave shop, just around the corner of the hotel.

We have spent an horrible stay. The temperature in the room was 30°. We were obliged to open the windows in december !!!

A very nice hotel with an outstanding location. Much better than most and certainly the top end of 3 star. I would definately stay there again and would/have recommended to friends

We loved the hotel especially the bathroom (great shower and good lighting). The bed was a bit small but comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the cathedral. Also, the pedestrian zone 1/2 block from the hotel has a lot of restaurants to choose from and it's good for a leisure walk or people watch. The staff at the reception area was very nice and always helpful. The parking is a bit stressful at times because there is only one way to exit and enter and there are times another car is trying to exit when one is entering so somebody has to back up and let the other one go by. Not an easy task when there is traffic on the street you're trying to back into. This happened to us only once though and the street has traffic only at certain times of the day otherwise it's quiet.

A beautiful hotel, excellent value

Very pleased with the hotel although cobwebs in the room and bar staff were rude and unhelpful. Rather unfortunate as the check in staff were fantastic, maids and restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful.

The room was very small but clean. The only beds available was a double bed, which is was too small. Also got a room facing the interior courtyard (9' X 9') which was unappealing. There are better hotel choices for the money

Excellent staff, speaking perfect English and trying to make you feel very welcome. Location is just perfect. Within walking distance of all major sites.

This hotel is better comfortable and friendly.
