Un médiocre accueil à la réception par un employé qui bien que l'on se soit adressé à lui en italien nous a pris pour des idiotes et ne nous a pas fourni le service demandé pour l'internet et à également répondu de manière très évasive à nos questions sur des lieux touristiques à visiter.

In general the hotel was as expected, although as it happens always, the photos on advertising were not realistic. The breakfast was very normal, poor in basic things. For example there weren't toasts. The rest ok. The public areas of the hotel were reduced to a littel bar in the reception with a corner for internet connection. But I have to say, that the room and specially the bathroom, very clean.
