Staff were fantastic, esp Michal. we used public transport to get to the hotel, we got to the local train station using the directions given, then we got lost. we rang the hotel and Michal, drove and collected us. they also arranged an extra shuttle for us with the other hotel, as the original one was booked. great customer service from our point. breakfast was basic but nice.
