Best Western Hotel Meteor Plaza - Prague

Location was ideal, breakfast was great and staff was efficient. I had an early flight and they packed me a lunch without requesting it. I would recommend the hotel.

Perfect location... but weak wi-fi signal and poor breakfast.

In general the hotel is good, but the lobby is horrible and sad. The relation price/quality is too hight.

Despite a request one month in advance for a sunny room on a high floor, we were assigned a dark, tiny, corner room on the bottom floor. The unpleasant evening desk clerk insisted no other rooms were available and only relented when we demanded to speak to a manager. Our next room on the third floor was much larger and much brighter. Despite non smoking room, "clean" towels delivered daily reeked of cigarette smoke. The common areas appeared worn and neglected except for the breakfast room which was bright and comfortable with excellent, enthusiastic servers. The food quality was mediocre.

Very good reception and informations about the city at the front desk. Good service in booking shows or taxi reservation. Breakfast service shoud be improved, enlarging the space of the room as well as the quality and variety of the food (fruit, cakes, croisants,...).

Sightseeing. Rooms could be larger. No garage space available, very difficult to find parking space outside, especially in the early evening.

This was our first time in Prague. We like the location very much and were lucky to have a room facing the courtyard with a piano in it! The room was kept clean but the carpet was very worn and spotted. The computer needs to be moved so that meetings in the little conference room don't conflict with the availability of the computer. The day staff at the front desk were much friendlier and more competent than the night clerk. It's a rip off to charge by the hour for the health facility--maybe an additional $10-20 and you have use for 24 hours. Breakfast buffet was nice. OVerall a good location and decent cost.

Pls note that only a limited nr of rooms (and only suites) are directly reachable with the lift...

The overall standard was of good quality, however the breakfast room became overcrowded at peak times and delays were experienced whilst waiting for a table.the hotel staff spoke good english and were well informed and helpful.

Very good hotel with excellent service. Would definitely recommend to others.

For comfort, quality and location at an affordable price the meteor Plaza must be a consideration. Easily accessible to all the popular areas the hotel represents an excellent base and an enjoyable stay is assured.
