Vacation Rental Best Western Le Patio Saint Antoine - Paris

J`ai trouvé cet hôtel assez conforme aux descriptions/commentaires que j`avais déjà lus. Depuis la réception on sort dans une cour intérieure fleurie avec les chambres tout autour, c`est bon. J`ai eu une chambre au rdch, très spacieuse, avec une kitchenette dedans (surprenant> plaque chauffante, évier, frigo, bols, assiettes, couverts). Meubles et moquette/tapis/couvertures un peu fatigué(e)s. Si vous pensez que c`est pas joli-joli, vous n`en savez encore rien. Le lendemain de mon arrivée, en rentrant d`une promenade, il me manquait quelques affaires dans un sac que j`avais laissé au pied de la table et ouvert. Je ne savais pas que c`était dagereux de laisser ses courses dans une chambre d`hôtel fermée à clé. Bref, le personnel a fait diverses démarches que l`on savait parfaitement inutiles, eux comme moi, dans le seul but de faire passer le temps, parce que de toute façon je devais libérer la chambre dans une demi-heure. Finalement, j`ai dû partir, en leur laissant une lettre dans laquelle je décrivais les faits et leur donnais mon numéro, eux promettant que le directeur va me tenir informée. Il m`a appellée depuis autant de fois qu`il vous a appelé, vous.

Nice hotel, perfectly situated, rooms very small but quiet, very polite and competent staff.

Clean, quiet, nice employees. A little smell of smoke in the room. A little bit expensive for what it is, but it's just Paris I guess.

Your information on the website is ALL wrong. It is in a different part of the city, with a different metro stop. Not only would I NEVER stay at this hotel again as the location is VERY boring, but I will never use Venere again and I will tell everyone I know not to use this online booking because who knows where you will end up.

La fermata più vicina è Nation( ottimo punto di collegamento con le principali linee metropolitane). Il personale è gentile e disponibile. unico neo la colazione troppo cara ( 18 € a persona). in alternativa consiglio il bar Le tète a tòto a pochi passi di distanza. Complessivamente un buon soggiorno.

We were greeted by a young unexperimented man who later screwed up with messages. We had heavy suitcases and the bedroom was in another block, difficult access changing 2 times elevators. Don't expect any of the staff to give you a hand with your suitcases! For a so called "3 stars uppergrade hotel", it is unacceptable that they don't change the sheets everyday!!! If you had a bleeding foot blister (very common in Paris), you will remember it the next day... Finally, i would not recommend the shuttle to the airport. For $20+/pers, if you are 2, it is better and a lot safer to take a parisian taxi. The shuttle showed up 15 minutes late and an overexcited driver led us to a little van already full! We had to jump on the front seat. The windshield had 3 holes, very similar to the ones made by bullit shots!... My wife had her leg against the stick shift and her seat belt was broken! The ride was very much like in the action movies; the driver was screaming to all the cars surrounding us, speeding and switching lanes from far left to far right at 100kms/hour on the crowded freeway. He was happy to make it in 20 minutes... I understand that the hotel is taking upfront a big commission (the deposit they asked us) and the shuttle company has to do a lot of runs and keep the expenses low. I think the hotel should have more consideration for the safety of its guests, even after their departure...

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Single accommodation very cramped - but clean and adequate for a brief stay. Very friendly staff, helpful in all ways.

Wxperienced an arrival problem caused by theinternet instructions. The interner instructs one to exit the Saint Sebastian Froissart metro stop and walk 10 meters; a map indicated the hotel was located at Bastille. Both were wrong. The hotel is located close to Nation Plaza and is equidistant between the Nation metro stop and the Reuilly-Diderot metro stop.Once resolved, all was OK.

We had a very good service from people at the front desk but the rooms were not to clean. We had 2 rooms for 2 night! Many details were missing as per example not much cooking material since the rooms were kitchenette equipped. On top of that, we had very noisy neighbours that arrived during the middle of the night. They talk loudly and made a lot of noise! It seems that authority was not easy to maintain!
