This is a gem, in a good neighborhood, with a lovely garden and the furnishings and charm of the l9th century. Service and room/bath equipment totally modern. The breakfast is a feast, well prepared and delicious.

We last stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago. It was good then but is much better now.

The hotel was top quality and centrally located, a short walk from metro/bus station and paris centre. Phillipe at reception welcomed us warmly and treated us very kindly and very helpful.

I have been in Paris for 7 days to partecipate at a congress and I selected this hotel for its vicinity to the Palais de Congrès. The hotel is in a narrow ugly street but is at walking distance from the Palais de Congès, from the Etoile and from the subway stations of Terns and Charles de Gaulle Etoile.

The welcome of receptionists was excellent. Waitresses(2 females in particular)were slovenly and inefficient-tables not set and several people other than ourselves had to ask for certain utensils and food. One male member was apparently doing most of the work and 'run off his feet'. We felt this was atrocious for the standard of hotel we were paying for and we were extremely disappointed in breakfast. We were also disappointed with the frontage of the hotel. When we arrived the foyer was being worked on and we found access into the hotel very difficult. Again this was well below the standard we would have expected, yet there was no reduction in the price of our stay to compensate for this difficulty. We found the room and other facilities very acceptable and we were therefore disappointed in the afore mentioned faults which would certainly deter us from using the hotel again.

Nice hotel. In a good walking distance to the metro. Rooms were small but functional. Unfortunately the room next to our room was under construction, so it was quite noisy.

I think the room was quite nice although I think better directions to the hotel is necessary. The staff was quite helpful and pleasant. I think that at the prices quoted a continental breakfast should be included.

A very nice small hotel. Highly professional, friendly staff. In an exceptionally good area - almost everything needed is within a short walk. Has limited parking - unusual in this area.

The hotel was great. Very clean and helpful staff. We loved the location and always felt very safe. We would stay there again. The only potential drawback was the closest metro station was 10 min. away.

Nice and friendly hotel. Breakfast area in foyer and slightly cramped and hotel a little further away from the centre than envisaged but a lovely stay overall.
